“Cool book store with a wide variety of books and other knickknacks. I would have giving it a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the unfriendly staff. Been here several times, every time I feel unwelcome and get a very judgmental vibe as soon as I walk in. Staff would rather talk amongst themselves or stare at the computer, and shop online, then welcome in or help customers. When I went up to pay it felt like I was bothering them and taking up their time. I didn’t even get a “Thank you for coming in” or something along the line. Every other shop I visited today for holiday shopping I was welcomed by a warm greeting and, even if I didn’t purchase something, got thanked for stopping by. It makes one feel appreciated and valued as a patron. If I wanted to be treated poorly as a customer I would just shop for things on Amazon. Won’t be shopping at this book store ever again.”

“09/29/23 9:30 pm Good items but the outside parking lot had trash. Also the female cashier had a bad attitude as I had put my stuff I was purchasing in a small basket and put the entire basket in the conveyor belt and she started throwing everything out of it onto the belt in fact one of the coconut waters fell to the floor and dented. She never greeted me and kept talking to someone on her bluetooth phone call. Just for that I will take my business where it is appreciated.”
