“Lizaida was extremely rude and refused to help with a return for my mother in law. Refused to call customer service or ask for anyone else to help. It took 3 people, customer service on the phone to figure out how to process a return, in the return & exchange register. Chase the manager was useless and covered for his employee instead of telling her she wasn’t doing it correctly. Made me drive an hour away to another target to do the return. All while my mother in law WORKS for target and could have went behind the register to just do it herself”

“Inaccurate inventory and hard to get assistance from anyone. Went to 2 separate Targets looking for a bike we checked each store's website and both said they had them in stock. We wanted to see and sit on the bike to make sure it was what we needed. The first store didn't have it displayed and trying to get help was a futile, so off we went to the second store in Lake Mary/Sanford. The website said 2 in stock but to our surprise nothing. We tried the customer assistance phone in the department but no one would answer. We found an employee who was very nice, and she tried to Radio for help but after 5 minutes of people asking other people to help no one showed up and she went to look in the back. 5 minutes later she came out and said sorry I can't find them but I can check inventory at another location. We said fine and sure enough the first we went to said they had it in stock but at this point we explained we had already been there and the same result except we couldn't find an employee to check the back. She said sorry have a good day and walked off. Moral of the story use Amazon.”

I called them Thursday evening 10mins before they closed and asked for a corsage to be made for my sons date for their homecoming on Saturday. They provided several options and delivery services. They did not rush me over the phone and was so understanding. They delivered the corsage first thing Saturday morning. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with their services. Thank you so much!”

“We older people have great difficulty using target app. And self check out. If a self check out has a problem they have to wait again in line at the service desk. Open a register before noon. Us older folks shop mornings to avoid people's lunch and dinner times. Traffic act. COME on Target you used to be a good company. I remember when you branched of from Marshall Fields. You had class. Now even your woman's clothing is the next best thing to rags. Please bring back some respect to America.”

Judy's dolls is truly a magical place. There is some different toys other than dolls as well. I 100 percent recommend store to anyone any age. Love this store and think you will to.
