“I don't know. The service is hit or miss depending on who is working. My daughter was a first time customer. The security guard told her she would get 20% off. Once in the back, we were charged full price and when we asked why, she said she forgot then she said she didn't know she was a new customer. Which one was it? We asked if she would get the discount next time or what because that was the point of going there. She told us she would make a note in the system so we did waiting and she just looked at us and told us she would do it later. I asked for someone else to talk to and she said we can talk to the security guard. We asked about it and he then I'm turn said oh you gotta spend $50. He didn't know how much we spent so that was alarming. When I asked him if he was making that up because he didn't say that in the beginning he said, no it changes. Which is suspect at best because this is not my first time here. Moral of the story, no discount and the budtender and security guard were full of it.”

“I love this store. I came to pick up some camping gear to start building my outdoors toolkit. The staff were lovely. They consistently checked in on me and answered all my questions. I signed up for the membership program which is a $30 one time fee but comes with tons of perks like discounted resale items, bike repairs, 1 year return policy, etc. Being in the store just makes me happy too. It's a paradise for nature enthusiasts.”

“Friendly staff. Great teachers. Solid selection. Every experience I've had going into Kline has been great. They do a good job of covering a lot of musical categories. They have guitars, basses, keyboards, ukuleles, harps, saxophones, French horns, trumpets, trombones, cellos, violins, bongos, percussion stuff, and even a few oddities from around the world. The only thing that comes to mind that some might consider a negative is that most of their instruments come from the same brands. For example, they have a decent selection of bass guitars, but they are all Fender, Yamaha, and a couple from Gretsch. So if you're looking for a specific brand, give them a call before popping in to see if they carry that brand. I love the place and would highly recommend giving them a visit.”

“It's like bargain basement shopping. Staff is not helpful shoes are everywhere. They're not put into sections like athletic shoes, tennis shoes, and cross-training shoes. They're just all mixed and mashed in there. Guess that is part of the reason for SOME discount prices, although personally I would rather shop sales at primary stores rather than these outlet stores.”
