Some lesser. Pricing seems a wee bit high in dairy area. Meat and deli was good on sale items. Quiet and clean.”

“I had a great experience here looking for a replacement hinge to a kitchen cabinet. Our house was built in the early 90s and I couldn’t find this hinge (see pics below for reference) at any of the big box stores so one of the associates at these stores directed me here. Well, I’m glad he did because I was helped by a very kind sales associate, Susie, who was very knowledgeable. She looked at the pictures I had of the hinge and was able to identify it and then found a replacement in their back storage room. The storage room looked enormous so I am sure they would have many older and outdated hardware pieces for those people that are looking to exchange and not replace older hardware. Their store was clean and they had a very large selection of contemporary designs as well for contractors and people building or renovating their homes. So, I actually bought two sets of these hinges in case I would need one in the future. The price was on point (no need for shipping like on line stores) and especially for the service! Thanks again Susie and Neu’s! I will definitely be back for other items as well.”

“Let me take a moment to GUSH about Waukesha Floral. They absolutely killed it with the flowers for my wedding!! I gave them a basic color palette and some inspiration pictures and they did the rest! “Drove 2 hours to pick up and order I had placed through eBay. Tried to purchase more memorabilia in their shop. Associate said they were having trouble processing my order after they already ran my card and I got charged. They also couldn't give me what I ordered on eBay because they were all too busy with an autograph signing, and the guy working the counter didn't have the knowledge or authority to give it to me apparently. Long story short I drove all the way there and walked away with nothing other than a charge for memorabilia that I didn't get. Took a couple weeks to get it sorted out after multiple attempts to get my money back for the item I paid for and didn't receive because "their system didn't show a charge". Well, it did, and they eventually gave me a refund. Never leave bad reviews but this was really bad customer service. Would've loved to buy more stuff from them but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.”
