“Years ago, I inherited a pair of black jeans that fit perfectly. As it started to fall apart, I started my search for a new one at H&M. I couldn't find it and asked an employee if he could find it. He searched the entire store and warehouse to find it! He found out that I could only order it online. I didn't know how to create an account. Another employee helped me with that. She ordered two for me with a welcome discount. When I picked them up they were too big and blue... I had to send them back. Two other employees helped me order black in the right size and made sure I got a welcome discount again. What a great service. H&M Hoog Catharijne your service is unsurpassed. Thank you all very much. H&M is my clothing store to go!”

The ladies of the store are always nice and have lots of tips and tricks if you are not so fashion conscious? nice clothes and shoes, which are not for sale in every store! so everyone here ❤️”

“From the outside it looks huge, but it's not as huge as the one in cityplaze Nieuwegein. However this store is opened till 9pm on weekdays so that is good. Sometimes you don't get bread or bakery items in the evening. Moreover, when the discount starts on Wednesday morning, it is sold out easily. After that they don't refill I guess. If you come late by couple of days then you won't find discounted items. They have vegan meat, milk and cheese. But they don't have vegan bakery items.”

“Was there, as freelancer for Sinterklaas display to perform simple tasks as merchandiser ,but was so badly the rated by the manager called Wim. Poor man, poor customer service and very bad behaviour. If I would be customer ,and I’d be treated that way, will come never again. The same for worker, already talked to my head office, and will avoid this shop as much as possible! I believable that these kind people work in people oriented businesses. Shame!”
