“My first time at this Farm Boy. A very good place to shop for produce. The prices were actually better than I expected. The meat and seafood section was also good, but not as good as I expected. A decent selection, good enough for most. It was kind of busy, but not too busy. The store is set up well for traffic flow. There is plenty of parking too.”

Not my usual LCBO but the location closer to home that I usually go to didn’t have the advertised sale item in Stock so they checked and told me it was available here. And it was. Nice store, nice a bright and good service. Only negative is the small and very busy parking lot.”

The staff are excellent in their customer service. They are kind, sympathetic and supportive. This has encouraged me to visit this store more frequently. Managers, including Sarah and Leon, and other staff, including Selin, Holly, Elena, Andrew, Michael, Taylor and Casper, are always energetic, smiling, friendly, and willing to get out of their way to help and make somebody's day. “Quick, efficient, helpful, nice and the review of them looking like ants is oddly factual. Very impressed with their operation. Unfortunately I had difficulties on the computer ordering what I needed (user error), I called and was able to order everything I needed and picked up the next day. They were extremely nice, quick, efficient and professional. When we got there it was extremely busy and we were in and out in 15 minutes including tarping and tying the load. We anticipated a much longer wait but was extremely satisfied with the quick service. Shipping was expensive, but comparable to the post office and other company’s fees. Nothing out of the ordinary. Pick up fee of $25 if less than a $300 order, again normal for most company’s especially because you’re purchasing from a warehouse not a store. Couldn’t be happier about my experience. They even gave us a catalog to enjoy! Although I do wish they had signs at the front of the building showing the customer pick up is behind the building. Someone who isn’t efficient in google maps may have difficulties finding the exact pickup spot.”
