“On my way to an event in St. Petersburg, I made a pit stop at Tombolo Books. It is a beautiful gem of a bookstore with a wide variety of books available and an amazing staff that is always ready to help. Ryan, one of the staff members, helped me pick out an amazing book. The atmosphere inside the bookstore is calming, making it a must-visit place for book lovers. The back patio is shared with a coffee house and features a beautiful patio where people can read books and enjoy coffee. Overall, Tombolo Books is definitely a beautiful gem of a place to visit in St. Petersburg.”

“Wow, is all I can say about this company. I walked in to purchase my items. I waited in the lobby with other people. After a few minutes of waiting the friendly redheaded girl, called me back to be served. It was at this time. The manager very loudly stopped me and told me she was going to have to escort me out of the store and explain it to me when we got outside. When we got outside, it turns out my my ex-husband niece works there and she doesn’t want to see me. So the manager had me removed from the store because her attendant told her to. It gets even better if you wanna keep reading. The manager sent me to the Tarpon Spring store. So I went to the Tarpon Spring store and I told the manager what happened and it turns out he’s the general manager for the area. This guy took my information said he would call me back with a resolution. The resolution was the employee has decided I can now come in the store but I have to be on my best behavior. So not using a company anymore.”

“First off let me start by saying the crew at the McMullen Booth location are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Especially Jessica!!!!!! I unfortunately made the mistake of going to the Dale Mabry location one day and the staff there was very helpful and nice, however all that changed when I had to explain that the order that was made was incorrect. The staff was understanding and very nice about the mishap until she had to get the manager to help me out. This “manager” was beyond super condescending and NOT so very nice about a mistake that the store (not me) had made on the order. She treated me like I was a child, incompetent and like I had done something wrong and ruined her day. (Even though this was not my fault) After that interaction with this awful manager, I will never go to that store again! To end this review on a good note- the employees at the McMullen store are so absolutely fabulous. They treat you like family and made me feel so comfortable about not only what I was trying on, but what my budget was. I will CONTINUE to visit Jessica and the other staff at this store because she really made it seem as if I had a sister helping me out and not an employee. I can not THANK HER AND HER CREW ENOUGH! Jessica, you are amazing and thank you for helping me get my scrubs for school and work and allowing me to tell you about my awful experience at the other location. You really are wonderful and made my year!!!!!!”

“Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had to push the call button for help on a desk. Within sixty seconds an employee was there and went above and beyond to help us find the desk and when it was out of stock told us what locations had it. It is a nice size Target and usually has more options than the other targets around this area. It is my preferred Target due to the friendly staff and large inventory. If your debating on what location to go to, I would opt for this one!”
