“We spend TOO MUCH MONEY on a membership fee to get treated POORLY by the pickup department. I waited OVER 45 minutes, watching people come and go! Only reason I got my order when I did, was because I called and my husband went in to see WHY. They said “it doesn’t show you checked in”. The lady that was INTENTIONALLY skipping me, said “I’ll be right with you” and kept going to others. So what did she do? Dismiss my order???? DO BETTER!!! I have a video of her just chatting with a friend and eating on the clock and just not bringing my order.”

“Most of the staff was great except the men's shoe section. I was in for a tie clip and wandered into this section because there were 2 employees just standing there. When I was checking out he said "is someone else in the other section" Felt like I was harassing him. Just wanted to pay. I was checking out the Flag shoes but Son also wanted to buy swim trunks but they didn't ring up so he sent us elsewhere. We were in the men's cremieux section and the gal over there was friendly and helpful. We then went upstairs where my wife was shopping near the Calvin Klein section. The gal at the register was awesome and helpful. In fact almost every employee asked us how our day was going. The store was clean and well maintained. If I lived in this area, I would come here all the time. We also bought a necklace in the jewelry section. Again the staff was helpful and friendly.”

“I was very impressed by the sandwich tray that I ordered for my office Christmas party and the customer service. I spoke with at least 4 different people in the deli area and everyone was polite and helpful. The tray was done beautiful and a good amount of meat in each sandwich. That tray was made with love and it showed. I'll never get my sandwich trays anywhere else. ***This is a small tray, 24 pieces”
