“Walked past a whole group of Target workers tonight around 9 p.m., standing at the end of self-check out. I didn't say anything to the group when heading to guest service, thinking someone was over there. Stood there for at least 5 minutes with them periodically looking over at me but not coming over. Someone finally came over and didn't apologize. The gentleman who helped me just said them, "knuckleheads," then went about doing my pick up. Thankfully, I'll continue to go to this one because it's too close to go elsewhere, I don't usually interact with employees and do self-check out. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, though.”
