“Used to really like the store, however the quality and service have both been disappointing lately. The Tomkin mugs used to be amazing, lasted over 10 years without a mark, but the recently bought ones are having grey metal marks after a few weeks. The service now is also less friendly, seems that they don't care much about the retail customers anymore. After promising me that they will give me some discounts, but at checkout, they've turned around saying discount only applies to trade accounts or if I'm purchasing thousands of dollars of equipment. Apparently $500 of purchase does not worth their attention. Feel like I'm being fooled.”

“Amazing customer service. I purchased a bottle of scotch over 4 weeks ago and left it on the counter. I put it down to my own stupidity and didn't bother contacting the store. On returning today I checked if any scotch was discovered. The staff checked the cameras and found my wayward bottle and replaced it without question. I am still amazed that they would make the effort. Very much appreciated.”

“I bought an ex display king bed frame from Interior Secrets and upon assembling realized that the dimensions on the website do not match the description due to which my mattress, sheet and quilt keeps moving or coming off. I immediately contacted Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange or refund or compensate anything as it is an ex display product. The attitude from day 1 was to neglect my request even to repair or suggest any alternatives. Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling and their customer service support is unapologetic and won't be helpful at all. This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again.”
