I was really impressed that they were kind and helpful despite being a busy store. I was very impressed and this kind of of top notch service from both the Wyoming Ave store in Albuquerque and the one in Santa Fe. Good job guys!”

“Your no return policy on electronics is completely insane. Any other thrift store (besides Savers) test their electronics before they put them on the shelf. But Savers takes any and all electronics and appliances that people drop off and just puts it on their shelves without plugging it in and testing it. And some poor soul comes into your store and buys said products and take them home, only for them not to work so you want to bring it back to the store right? No not at Savers . Are you freaking kidding me? How is it the customers fault that you took someone's junk in without even turning it on and just place it on your shelf and ask an ungodly amount for something you got free and then tell the customer your wonderful no return policy. What a way to screw people over that are already hurting for money otherwise they wouldn't be shopping in a thrift store. But you can hire a security guard? For a thrift store? Come on now if they are in there stealing than they obviously need it. Why not, you get everything for free. But once again want to charge an ungodly amount for items you get delivered to you. $18 for a used pair of jeans? You can go to Walmart and buy new ones for that. You guys are a scam and need your doors closed. Cause you aren't helping anyone but your own pockets.”

“Good prices, consistent. Iffy staff. Last time I wanted CBD only. The bud tender wasn't listening to me, and it took 20 minutes for her to get it right. I had to show her a photo. AND I had to keep asking her to stop aggressively squishing my gummies up with her fingers. I understand it feels interesting, but it's my product. I'm going to eat it. She had an attitude when I insisted she give me a fresh, unmolested package. Lol. Really uncomfortable.”

“This is my store of choosing where I shop for all my groceries and have very good experience although today a tall cashier by the name of Michelle was very rude and unprofessional. I was purchasing 12 pack sodas on sale for $3.99. She asked if I had a coupon for the sale. I told her I hadn’t there were signs throughout the soda area. Rudely she said you need coupons or the sodas are $8.99. I told her that was too much money and I had the smiths card for sales. She said well it’s on the signs you need to download the app for coupons. I apologized hadn’t seen the small print if it was there any I only saw the price of $3.99. It was her rude tone of voice and eye rolling to the sacker to remove the sodas from the cart that got me feeling I NEVER want to shop here again. Plain rude and NO customer service skills!!! Smiths also has misleading sale signs if that was the case, At this point Albertsons is more expensive but treat you like a valued customer and I guess you pay for what you get.”

“Mean, disrespectful, and an immature brat. I needed help getting a faucet cartridge and the parts are locked away. One of the employees was helping another person in a case next to the one I needed. When he finished up, he just glared at me. I smiled and said hello and asked if he could open up the case. He snaps at me and says “I’ll be with you in a few minutes!”. No other customers were even around us. Then he calls for backup and I waited for 15 minutes, while that guy just stood there with a nasty attitude not doing anything! The next employee was nice and helped. The first guy should be fired! Many of us need jobs and are willing to work well for them. That little brat is an entitled piece of trash. I didn’t deserve that treatment. And if I hear the excuse of “Maybe he was having a bad day”, I certainly was having a bad day before I got there and was still polite. I had no running water, drove on icy roads, and a burned hand! There is no excuse.”
