“Extremely rude and unprofessional staff specifically the manager Emma is extremely rude, unprofessional and very bad customer service, crazy women, So I bought a dji mini drone for $700 and took it home and it was not getting connected to my phone. I went back and explained but Emma kept saying very rudely, my husband has the same one he doesn't have any issues, my son also has the same one but no issues and I have sold so many and never any issues. She kept arguing that there is nothing wrong with DJI. We argue for an hour and even her staff member spends half an hour trying to connect to my phone and ends up saying my phone is faulty. Anyways I called the DJI customer service from the store and DJI ended up telling me that they are aware of this issue and they will be sending an email to the JB hi-fi to give you a refund straight away. Even after this she was more rude and doesn't want to apologise. I really hope JB hi-fi sends her for some customer service training and I am still shocked at how dare she treat me like this.”

“Stopped for a burger. This place is definitely worth adding to your meal break stops. The works burger I had was bloody good the buns just needed a bit more toasting but that was such a minor thing considering how good it was. Demolished the thing in minutes. My son grabbed the snitty salad and was beaten by its size so had to take half with him. 😁 Great little place and will be back again.”

“Woke this morning to water all over the bench - my Kenwood Kmix Red kettle had sprung a leak!! I know I'm fussy, but it had to be replaced by a "red" one. I checked a number of retailers around Tamworth - Good Guys and Harvey Norman had SMEG if I wanted to pay $219 ☹️ Or Kitchen Aid if I wanted to pay $199!!! When I checked Target, their Red kettle was $29. Admittedly it is metallic Red, not enamel red, BUT at that price I am one VERY HAPPY shopper. Thanks Target 👍👍”

“I was told that my desk was going to arrive the following Monday after I ordered my desk, (this is what I was told in person to ordering it)I ring up Tuesday and I was very polite asking if it had come in, the lady nicely explained the truck was cancelled and will be in on Thursday which I was fine with and the call ended, then a different lady rang me back just to say that she told me that it would take 3-4 weeks, and I was in shock and said “oh?” And she goes “yes I told you this in person and it’s on your docket” which I didn’t have in front of me, and I didn’t check because I didn’t need it until I picked it up, she was very rude and just said, “you can pick up part of it but we don’t have the rest, it will be 1-3 weeks” saying yet a different time?!”
