“I went to Target to make a return because the Nintendo Switch game we received as a gift would not work. The original lady assisting us was kind, but then another employee stormed over and was extremely rude. She proceeded to call the team lead over; the team lead suggested that I call Nintendo about the problem because there was nothing they could do about the game that wasn’t working because I had opened the package—how would I know that it wasn’t working if I hadn’t opened the package? I wouldn’t return to this Target. Out of the five workers we spoke with, only one was nice—and it wasn’t the team lead. I left the store with my daughter asking why they’d been so rude to us. Don’t visit this store.”
