“My family and I came to Tractor Supply to celebrate my dad's 47 birthday and instead of feeling happy with our purchase we felt humiliated, treated like we are not worth anything. My dad was walking my brother who is specials needs child who just wanted to get his candy and miss Shannon took the candy away and threw it, if she is concerned we can't pay for the candy we can pay for it. Then we came back and after choosing a heater miss snapped at brother and told him "don't touch me" she then tells us "I don't like anyone to touch me because I will yell at them" miss Shannon anybody will touch but it doesn't mean they're going to hurt you especially my sibling who is a child with needs who doesn't deserve to be treated in any way differently or less my family didn't make small payment for your product or your job and we expect to be treated with respect if respect is something you can't give please don't work a job you don't like. Manager I can't expect for you to do the right thing because we understand everybody needs a job to pay for their house and other needs we only expect that you do train your staff be respectful especially miss Shannon here”

“I brought my two sons, who are avid card, collectors, and our daughter, who is not such an avid collector, into Mill Creek sports for the very first time last month. Our 12 year old son graciously held the door open for our family, and as we entered the shop, Mr. Chuck stopped us at the counter, and generously blessed him with a stack of trading cards for his chivalry. Then Mr Chuck proceeded to hand a stack of cards to our youngest son, and encouraged him to remember to hold the door open in the future as well. He continued this kindness by blessing our youngest daughter with the biggest stack of cards. Needless to say, our entire family was won over by the hospitality of your staff and have continued to visit multiple times since then. As a parent, I have been so blessed by the way your staff, especially Mr. Chuck, has not only warmly greeted us, but continued to instruct our sons in wise purchasing options. He has graciously steered them away from careless investments, and given them solid guidelines to move forward. “Horrible customer service- We are a DSW VIP member. We liked a running shoe at this store which had only one pair in the color we wanted. This pair was soiled both at the back and the sides. The customer rep at the cashier was point blank rude and refused to acknowledge and said some damage is expected by default so we decided to take our business due to the subpar customer experience.”

“Kushery stores are kind of a marketing trick as most items are priced a bit higher than industry standards to make room for weekly deals (that can get marked down up to 30% on the right days). Cathcart is my favorite location hands down simply due to the fact that the folks running the store are solid. They're laid back and professional at the same time with decent knowledge of their products. I've seen many customer service fails at the other Kushery stores, but hard to find 'Prickly Pete' at this location.”
