“Nice merchandise, not friendly. They have a great selection and various items and sizes to select from. The costumer service was not great though accept for the dressing rooms. When I was at checkout I asked how are you? And he blatantly stares at me and scrunches his face up. I ignored that but after he scanned all my items and said, “you’re good.” I said may I please have a bag? He just states me right in the eyes and says, “ Next costumer.” As I look at him in disbelief he starts checking out the next costumer. Not very nice.”

“The “coordinator”Gail was no help today! I brought 2 products to the register and when she began scanning the items she found it did not carry a tag. Gail stated “Are there more of these in the back?” and when I said there was she then proceeded to send me walking to the back of the store saying “can you go get one”. One would think Gail gets paid to find the item with the tag… And lastly i asked Gail for help locating where a pen with a tag was or what the pen belonged to and she claimed she would have to take the pen and ask some random lady the next morning where it went! Gail you are a coordinator you should coordinate this pens location and my items tag yourself!”

“Decent selection of items, always something to try. Location is horrendous as far as trying to get in and out. Can't pay cash at self checkout, but regular lines are usually pretty deep bc they only have 1 or 2 open. Avoid fresh produce, even if it's in date, more often than not it's already gone bad. Many times I have gotten some to find mold and bruising etc.”

“The worse customer service in the world. Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this, Connie was watching over the self checkout lanes my Apple Pay wasn’t working so I had to run back to the car and get my card so she cancelled the 3 items I had and put them back after I told her I’d be right back in. I grab the items again and go back to self checkout because the only lane open had people so I ring up my items and I pay with my card I owed 29 cents and the machine I was at didn’t take cash or change so I asked her if she could cancel it and ring it up at her register or just cancel it so I can go to another register and she asked me why I literally stood there in shock and said why are you being so rude. She continued to ask why I wanted to cancel the transaction again and I already cancelled it once. Asked me if I could buy it or not , I repeated myself I just need to split the payment and it doesn’t accept cash then she goes maybe I can with the snarkiest most rude attitude ever. Now with tears in my eyes I looked around in complete disbelief as another worker was standing there witnessing it I just walked away to guest services and told them about the interaction. Which it seemed like they did not care at all.I will never be returning here again. I am beyond disappointed I’m horrified to have experienced something like this especially in front of my child!!! To stand there and argue with me as I’m visibly upset and continue to badger me on why I need to switch registers is beyond me and someone like that should not be working in bay type of customer service.”
