“We travelled 1.30 hrs one way to reach the shop. Nobody attended us I waited there for more than 40 mns. They were so busy but only 3 people working. They know it's Sunday but there should be more sales people to attend. May b 1 customer wouldn't matter but seriously I am not going the shop again and not recommending anyone else. Seriously that destroyed my whole day”

“My experience at Amart, Dandenong is very bad. Quality of services and product is zero. Sales people, include store manager got no knowledge of products. When they want to sell, they are nice, but their return policy is not good. I have purchased few items and it was so struggleful time to get refund. Products got ten years guarantee. We received damaged products. The customer service officer explained that it is not damaged and it design. They think, we don't know the difference between design and damage. The return policies are so complex and hard to get refund. After more than one month got refund. We paid full amount in the beginning. We had to visit stores so many times, rang them so many times and after lots of hassle, we got our money back. I would never go to this store again after this experience. Suggestions: If decide to buy any product, never pay full amount. Pay after you get the product. Only deposit minimum amount.”
