“Stay away if you require ANY post sales support. Once Minidisc have your money they'll blame the consumer for issues and expect payment for replacement parts. They'll wash their hands of all responsibility and plase the onus back on you. I purchased a pair of Audeze-LCD-2Cs. Within 2 years the earpads have started peeling EVERYWHERE. Now, I've taken fantastic care of my headphones. They cost me over a grand and I baby them. I've had cheaper Audio Technica, Sennheiser and even cheaper corsair and logitech gaming headsets where I've NEVER experienced this issue. I'd also like to add that all the previous headphones I used were for EVERYTHING so they got beaten up a lot. My Audeze's are exclusively for at home at my desk in a temperature controlled room. As someone who used to look to Minidisc for a lot of my audio purchases this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll be going elsewhere for my audio needs moving forward. I cannot in good faith recommend them any longer.”

Significant language barrier but not your conventional service either. When spending a hundred dollars on a mere two baskets. Service improvement recommended.”

“Waited for a very long time for service , wanting to buy a laptop. A Mac book pro was advertised at “ask for a JB deal, ex display”. The JB deal offered was 10% off RRP, which is a stock standard discount run on Mac books all the time. On enquiry if that was right, the best they would do after waiting a long time was an extra $50 off. This is for a display that has been run in demo mode for an extended period of time, and it’s being sold at effectively RRP…. Bizarre. Really poor service and terrible deals on offer , is my experience.”

“Bought afew item here, I was charged for item I didn't buy! Instead of $4 raspberry I was charged for $8 blueberries , normal tomato was charged as truss tomatoes, emailed them to request a response, but so far noone gave a hook to reply. Thanks for wonderful service!”

“Really like going to the Chatswood store, there’s usually (if not always) available stock so i never need to travel to other stores. I like how the store is kept organised at all times which makes finding what i need very convenient. The last time i came into the store, i was looking for a specific lunch box utensil set and home decor items for a small event and wasn’t familiar with the store layout so i asked one of the staff Grace, she helped me look for the products and even extended her service to looking at the back and in their stock on their system. I explained to her my situation and that i urgently needed those items and she patiently helped me find the right products and saved me from running to other stores so i got to proceed with my event planning on time.”
