“While the location was convenient, I did not a have positive experience here with a recent Glock 43x MOS purchase. The pistol came upgraded with AmeriGlo night sights under the Glock Blue Label program. The pistol was already a bit overpriced even with it being under that program. Their explanation was that it came with night sights - fine. Unfortunately, with my luck, the rear sight was defective and the left dot did not have a tritium vial, so I effectively had two dots in the dark. Being I just purchased it, I reached out to NOVA and they told me to bring it in. I assumed they would install a new set or make it right, since they also sold the sights in their store. To my disappointment, the rep blamed AmeriGlo and the Blue Label distributor who purchased the pistol and sights and had them installed. In the end, I feel as though I incurred the loss as I try to contact AmeriGlo to try and get new sights sent. They did offer to install it for free if I received a replacement 🙄. Thanks but I got that covered. Lesson learned - check your night sights on top of a functions check before you walk out. Thankfully, I noticed this issue early on back home and not on a day of needing it. **Update - I contacted AmeriGlo and they had a replacement sight sent out to me at no charge to myself.”

“Cleanest toilet in town! Had to "go" here because the toilet in the Chick-fil-A where we ate was absolutely disgusting. BTW, Macy's is having a great sale on area carpets right now, with up to 70% off. Also, they have an excellent selection of men's short-sleeved shirts for about $25 each.”

“Update, May 2022: the store had an interior remodel (new floors, added self check out 😊, new signage) and looks much more modern. Otherwise, same as below, convenience is the best here and the self checkout prevents what in the past were long lines at busy times. Food selection (even produce) is mediocre, and not as good as the newer, larger Safeway at Wilston shopping center, but this is extremely convenient and the people are generally nice. For example, there is no fresh bakery like the other store, or self-checkout lines (which at Wilston are normally packed anyway) but it's close to my house and less stressful. Update, they have remodeled and now have self checkout! Still very convenient and easy to get in and out. Update Nov 2023, very few changes since last update a little over a year ago. Still have self checkout and people are nice.”

“Walked in about 7:15 pm on 12/14/23 with my boyfriend for a PS5 we ordered at about 5:50 pm. There was a woman associate with an FBI (Full Blooded Italian?? 🤷🏾♀️ lol) hat on. She attended to us immediately. Our order wasn't ready as she was alone and didn't have time to in such short notice. She went straight to the back and grabbed our PS5. My boyfriend gave her a hard time about not having big bags to put the PS5 in. She was respectful yet stern with her response which I completely respect! She gave us a box for our PS5 and now we are home happily setting up our new toy lol. My boyfriend admitted he was wrong and respected the way she handled the situation. I hope she sees this because she's doing a great job!!”
