“RUDE EMPLOYEE! I saw this place as I'm driving by and wanted to see what they had. Seems that I was early as they don't open until noon. I'm parked in the back of the parking lot, granted not in a space, but across the last two spaces (hey, they're not open anyway). As I'm checking out their website a guy pulls in from the street behind the lot. He decides to aim his car towards my vehicle and just honk at me. Then he starts yelling, "can you move?". I'm thinking there are plenty of other spots, so I'm looking at their site and thinking about going in, when they open. This guy continues to honk at me. He then yells out, "I need to park there!" I said that there are plenty of spots to park. He then comes to my window and says that his boss wants him to park THERE! The spaces were not marked, but he's adamant about making me move. He says, "we own this lot!" That's when I reply, "You just lost a customer!" Then I leave. I will not shop any place where the employees are RUDE! He easily could have parked in the spot behind me and then moved, had his boss asked him to. It doesn't look like they get many customers anyway.”

“My friend and I had come to Party City to try and find accessories for her Great Gatsby themed Party. Not only did she find what she was looking for but we also received great customer service. Management and staff were at their highest peak at serving us as customers. Laughter and smiles are what kept us shopping. When it is authentic..you will know and not have a problem with spending money and/or wanting to come back. Yes we could have done online shopping but we decided to go to the original store for her shopping needs. So many businesses are closing down and it's sad because people need jobs and our youth will need good/fun companies to work for. This store can offer this. So when we as consumers come to places like this for our shopping needs and get a good review..then we will offer the same.
