“I have great experience since first time I came to Fullers with my engagement ring. After that my husband and I ordered the wedding bands which are perfect. 10 years of marriage I have a great professional advice and help from Karl and the team that prepare a transformation of my ring to elevate the look of the diamond over a bow that I really love. 11th anniversary I wanted another wedding band to balance the look my ring and they custom made it to have it perfect. All my rings are together to keep it always looking great without moving. I am súper happy with their services and options. Also they finished before the scheduled time that was a nice surprise. Thank you so much to Karl and all the Fullers team that make it for me.”

“Words can’t even begin to describe how incredible my experience was at a&bé! Lauren was my consultant, and she was so welcoming from the minute we walked it. This girl also knows her stuff! She was so knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves her job! Once I found the dress and it was time to put veils on, she knew exactly which veil would go best with my dress. Also, they have such a variety of gorgeous dresses to choose from! The champagne toast after finding my dress was such a fun touch! I brought three people with me, and they were all able to comfortably fit and not be bunched in together. I highly recommend a&bé to find your dress; you won’t be disappointed!”

“I was looking for a small fixture for accent lighting in our den. 1000Bulbs has numerous options to choose from and I was able to find the perfect fixture for our needs. The product description was thorough and accurate. The install went perfectly. I would definitely purchase from 1000Bulbs again.”

“I live over an hour from Austin and, while there are numerous higher-end guitar shops in my region, they're pretty far from my rural home. Since there's no way for them to compete with online guitar venues like Reverb or eBay, and, though they themselves have a presence on these very venues, I've never once seen them offer "best price". This is because they have the music capital of the world, Austin, and thousands of local guitarists at their disposal. That's great for them and I applaud their good fortune. For a guitar store, few hunting grounds are as productive as those surrounding Austin and San Antonio, so these shops haven't experienced the full brunt of being forced to transition from brick and mortar to internet driven sales. But they're getting better and I still support them, even if it costs me more to do so. In walk the online shops that work harder to achieve a more global, online business presence. Located in the North Dallas area, Tone Shop is the most recent shop I've done business with. Just yesterday I worked a deal with them and got my newest guitar for half-price. The deal was struck completely by text and, Chad, was the knowledgeable salesperson manning the sales phone. Awesome fellow to work with. We exchanged half a dozen messages and I got to where I wanted to go and said I yes to the offer. Within minutes I had a streamlined invoice and had the guitar paid for. I'd asked that the shop setup the guitar to my specifications and minutes later my new guitar was with the shop technician, performing the work. This meant that my order for service was expedited and I got a prompt by email telling me so followed by a text from Chad, who remained in constant touch with me at every point, until the guitar was shipped an hour later. He then texted that I let him know what I thought of the guitar once received and thanking me, on a personal level, for my purchase. I have since been in touch. I received a UPS tracking number just moments later and an update this morning indicating the guitar was already in San Marcos (15 miles from my home) and was slated for delivery today. The shop is 300 miles away, so this could only happen if they pay a premium for shipping, which, they do. In essence, what takes most online shops to do in five days (including shipping) was done in a single day! I found this to be truly amazing! This shop is technologically further along than many I've dealt with and seems to have he people who know how to drive that system. Tone Shop is a 21st century guitar shop and an example of just how well the e-commerce concept works when done to an art form. And, there was still a salesperson driving the process, providing seamless service far better than if we'd been face to face in a brick and mortar store. He was in constant contact with me for two hours, from inquiry to sale, to shipping, to personal follow-through after the guitar had shipped.”

“Always great service. Hate the 20% buyer's premium. Dislike it more then paying sales tax but Heritage does offer the best selection and all auction houses charge a premium. 10% or 12% would be nice. I haven't offered anything for auction yet but I have to wonder if the buyer's premium doesn't stifle the price you get for your item/s? It doesn't seem so since I'm typically outbid.”

“Some of the workers are kind but for the most part I felt like I was being followed around the store, but the restroom was clean and the products seem to be in order...”

“The customer service is amazing here. I went to go replace what I though was my broken phone, when I got there, I gave the guy my phone and he pulled out a dust bunny from the charging port, and the phone works fantastic again. I’d recommend them to anyone, and I will always buy my phones there. They’re the best, all of the them.”

“This location, in particular, struggles with fulfillment of online orders. We have visited this store multiple times and each visit has always had complications with the front desk (Customer Service). It is very frustrating and a waste of time.”

“This Target is very nice! It’s very clean and organized. They do have the carts where you drive it and self check out. You can always get good finds in the 5 dollar section near the left entrance or right exit. The employees are really nice and helpful. Nice store, recommend going here!”

“Rude employees. Their van has “Best prices in town,” painted on it. Lol, ok…The Orion vapes here are $27 a piece. Down the street at Exotic Vape you get two for $45. I asked if they had a deal like that and some dude in the back yells “go to that store.” I was thinking to myself how I would never at anyone who wanted to spend money at my business. So if getting ripped off and yelled at by the employees is your thing, you should certainly make this your home store!”
