“I had to stop going to Sobeys as it was irritating trying to check out. Cashiers over stuffing your bags, too heavy, even though I said use as many bags as needed. Self checkouts to sensitive, always having to call a cashier over. How to pack should be a big priority. Every time I would go there a different cashier, everyone over stuffs the bags.”

“Ordered a stove at the store in Niagara Falls. Because it was a white stove, it was suggested it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We were willing to wait. When delivered 6 weeks later, the stove was damaged. The delivery person called the store to let them know. They took the damaged stove away. Shortly after, I was contacted by a representative at the store. I was told I could wait for a replacement to arrive 4 weeks later or cancel the order. There would be no compensation for the delay. So we have not had a stove for 6 weeks and will now not have one for at least another 4 weeks. This customer service interaction is the worst I have ever experienced. People just don't care anymore. It's all about the money. Pretty sad world we live in.”

“I phoned a few places looking for two kayaks, and Outdoor Oriented were the most helpful over the phone. Went in the next day and was very happy with the helpful advice. Everyone there was very friendly and easy going. Thanks especially to Reuben for being so great with assisting us with everything we needed. Best place to go for sure!”

“If I could give this a no-star I most definitely would! I came 5 minutes before they open thinking that I would get all my groceries done, they didn't even open on time that didn't open until 10 after 8:00! Then when I go in all of their shelves were bare. They had like no produce. They had no meats. They're shelves were not stocked at all. All their sale items weren't out! I'm absolutely disgusted by this store and it's exactly why I never come here anymore”

“I am a regular customer at this location, and I mainly buy vape cartridges. I bought a cartridge on Saturday November 11. This was not a cheap cartridge by any means. I mostly smoke live resin, and decided to give the live rosin a try. When I first took a puff off of the cartridge, it made a bubbling sound. I thought nothing of it as the cartridge was a different design. About 18 hours later, the rosin was completely leaking out the top. I brought the cartridge back as it was defective, and was immediately told it was a cleaning issue. I was told to wipe out the cartridge with an alcohol wipe! Clearly this guy doesn't know what he is talking about. The manager eventually exchanged it for another one. But they spoke to me like I caused it to leak, and they were doing me a favor. Newsflash, products can and will be defective. It's how the retailer handles the situation that sets them apart from the competition. This store gets a failing grade on how they handled this situation. I will explore other dispensaries as a result.”

“This is my go to cannabis store. I see no other stores in the area selling up to date and new releases. They offer many discounts though I don't fall into any of the categories to recieve them its nice to see they offer them. I'm a solventless only kind of person. it's expensive and it's the only way for me and this place offers the most selection. I've ordered delivery from here like 10 times and will continue to do so.”
