She should have had to wait 15 minutes like I did. The customer who left apologize but I explained it was not his fault that I had to wait. And wait I did!”

They also have an online shop but what makes a visit worthwhile is the stock they get from estates and other modelers wishing to get rid of their older models. In fact that what makes it dangerous, no telling what you will find. It is worth a trip every now and then because of this. Highly worth a visit if you are in the area.”

The customer service lady states “not all product is 30% - look at the fine print some” and tried scanning the shoes however they did not come up (item not found). Mine you there are like 30 pairs of shoes there. She refuse to honor the signage and states it’s for some not all. She refused to honor the price, refused to remove the signage, and refused to place the shoes elsewhere so it is not misleading. Horrible customer service!!! The lady was Iris, stay away from Iris! She hates customers!!!!”

“Finally, a much-needed oasis in the area! Now locals don't have to travel into SF or San Jose to have a nice shopping center to hang out and shop at. Diana at the concierge is amazing and gave me a lot of great recommendations for lunch and happy hours. I like grabbing some cold brew at Philz and enjoying the sunshine with my new Cartier sunglasses I got from Azil at Optical Illusions. Michael over at Bamboo Sushi is a really genuine guy and helped me pick out some good sushi choices. There's so many events happening here every month, I'm excited for what else they have in store. Only bad thing is the parking, it fills up quickly, especially with the farmers market on Saturday mornings. I wish they did a better job regulating the EV parking area. I would say only about half the cars parked there are actually EV.”

“We did Candlefish as a birthday activity and it was okay. I don't think it's worth the money and the candle doesn't really smell all that much. I understand it's different and won't have as strong of a smell as store-bought ones, but it's very minimal for paying $65. One of our girls in the group opened their candle the next day after pick-up with a break in the container. We had a student named Abby as our instructor and her commentary could have been a little more professional. Overall, it just wasn't worth the price for the experience.”

“The customer service was great…. until I needed assistance after the sale was complete. I was looking for a TV for my sister. They have all TVs on a generic blue screen and the one I liked appeared to have a good picture. I tried switching it to a settings screen and seemed to look ok. I had my mom pay for it while I went to go park the car closer. A younger guy helped with the purchase (never offered any service agreement). We ended up taking it home and it was having issues starting up (hours later) and then later realized that there are horizontal lines that are more obvious in non blue screens like their generic background picture. My mother called and the manager Lana said she would call her district office to see if she could do anything since we didn’t purchase a service agreement (that we weren’t offered). The following weekend my mom and I went back to the store (with the tv) to see if we could do an exchange at least and speak with Lana since we hadn’t heard anything. Her associate said she doesn’t work weekends and he’s not contacting her because she’s in Mt. Charleston with her family. So we left our phone number (again). Well it’s been over 4 days and 2 different attempts to give my phone number to speak with someone and nothing. Even if they didn’t realize the TV they sold me had lines in it - it would have been nice to get communication on how to rectify the situation.”

“This place is a good example of a "Good Antique Mall ". Average all around: it had high and low prices and everything in between. A wide variety of product from every era . Mostly clean, but a normal amount of clutter. The owner works most of the time ( all the time ?) and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We bought several items... maybe too many ? but we had fun . Other customers also seemed to be enjoying themselves and we engaged in several conversations. If we ever get back to Lincoln, we Surely will stop back in .”
