“The customer service was great…. until I needed assistance after the sale was complete. I was looking for a TV for my sister. They have all TVs on a generic blue screen and the one I liked appeared to have a good picture. I tried switching it to a settings screen and seemed to look ok. I had my mom pay for it while I went to go park the car closer. A younger guy helped with the purchase (never offered any service agreement). We ended up taking it home and it was having issues starting up (hours later) and then later realized that there are horizontal lines that are more obvious in non blue screens like their generic background picture. My mother called and the manager Lana said she would call her district office to see if she could do anything since we didn’t purchase a service agreement (that we weren’t offered). The following weekend my mom and I went back to the store (with the tv) to see if we could do an exchange at least and speak with Lana since we hadn’t heard anything. Her associate said she doesn’t work weekends and he’s not contacting her because she’s in Mt. Charleston with her family. So we left our phone number (again). Well it’s been over 4 days and 2 different attempts to give my phone number to speak with someone and nothing. Even if they didn’t realize the TV they sold me had lines in it - it would have been nice to get communication on how to rectify the situation.”

“Overall, the possibility of exponential savings is the reason i continue to use NA. I have found some 90% off deals. Crappy photos is my biggest complaint. A clear photo of the product LABEL would be awesome. take some notes from ebay sellers guys! 2nd biggest complaint, there are soooooooo many mistakes. The titles OFTEN lack size info, photos do not accurately convey type of disclosed damage, staff does not know proper names of items, they use stock photos that do not accurately represent item being sold. They reuse photos/use the same photo of one item when they have 15 but 2 are actually broken and 2 are a different color. I return A LOT of my purchases. Regarding pick Up: normally it is 100% as easy as others have said. DM and NLV parking lot staff is uber great in this respect. HOWEVER, the henderson location will not take returns from the other locations which is NOT convenient. Pick up at the off-site auctions is miserable. I simply stopped buying from off-site locations. Regarding returns: As easy as others have said. I have always gotten my $$ back within 72 hours. Regarding customer service: my emails are 95% answered within 3 hours, my calls are taken by a live agent sometimes with rarely a lengthy 10 minute(?) hold. no one has ever been rude. Regarding the website: items are easy to find, the search engine is good. many improvements have been made. Regarding policies: i.e. cancellation, bid retraction - considering the SHEER VOLUME of mistakes NA makes when listing, they should be 1000% more generous in their allowances for mistakes or misunderstanding or changing mind or cold-feet on the part of the buyer! My advice: the price MUST be so good that it warrants the added costs of gas to pick up, the potential frustration (like missing pieces, broken parts, wrong size given, inaccurate descriptions etc.) AND the extra gas to potentially return. DEFINITELY harder to find exceptional deals now that the site is more known. If the auction price + tax + 15% is not WAY less than the store (depending on the item), I may as well wait for the inevitable sale, or wait for the shipping from Temu/AliExpress/Shein where i can get the same item brand new and have less headache or scroll Craigslist/FB Marketplace which are still viable options for used stuff.”

She patiently answered all my queries to the different watches available and made me felt like I was appreciated as a customer. Having visited several Swatch shops around the world, this would be the one of the top ones if not the best one. I would highly recommend this place to those who are still looking for Moonswatches or any other exclusive Las Vegas pieces.”
