The massage was average. It was supposed to go for an hour but they accounted the admin time into the massage, so I only got 45 minutes in the end. Would not recommend.”

“Had cool sculpting done and was guaranteed a 27% reduction, I was firstly quoted $1400 and I was booked in. On the day of the treatment the consultant told me I was incorrectly quoted and said that the procedure will cost $3,700.00 she went on to tell me that this was a discounted rate from the original price of $7,000.00 It cost me thousands of dollars. I was told that I will see the results in 2 months and I was to come back after 2 months to do the after photos and measure in. I had zero results and no improvement what so ever despite the guarantee. When I returned after waiting 3 months I told them that I didn’t think I had any results and definitely not 27% and they apologised and told me that they had lost my before photos so had nothing to compare it to, when I asked them about the guarantee they said they would have the manager contact me weeks past and I never received a call I tried contacting them numerous times and no one called me back. I then contacted fair trading and they were unable to get in contact with the manager either who is obviously guilty of ripping customers off and guaranteeing false results Anna to gutless to contact me. I urge you not to ever go to these guys as they are a rip off and the treatment does not work. You will be wasting your money”

“Very disappointing anti wrinkle injection experience to both my friend and I. We both paid more than $1100 and got the injection by Dr Ansari. We got the same injection in different clinics before and were familiar with the procedure. No before/after care instructions recommended by the staff rather than a form signed by us before our appointment. Then, after almost a month while I was overseas, I noticed that the result has totally been disappeared and all the wrinkles could clearly be seen. When I returned to Australia, I called them and explained the situation and they asked me to go there to be reviewed. After that day, they kept changing my appointment for 2 or 3 weeks until finally we went there. Dr Ansari was not available and a nurse just took a video from us! For a few weeks no one got back to us and I had to follow up 3 times. Anyway, they said that I could get back to them for a review just after 4 weeks from injection which never mentioned any where and no one explained this to us before! It's a real shame and I am going to do anything to keep my friends and family away from these clinics.”

“We went for the weekend, but the bathhouse was not packed. I love it cause how they managed the booking well with not many customers entering the bathhouse at the same time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hair dryer did not work so they offered us an extra tower. They checked in with us about the experience, we felt appreciated. The bathhouse has good instructions on each treatment you are after. The size of the bathhouse was good, easy to access and smell nice. I love the complimentary skin care, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They have nice hot tea for detoxing as well. A wall of appreciation and separate bathrooms for men and women. The bathhouse experience was very relaxing and worth the price. I would definitely come back!”
