I would strongly recommend going to see Mary if you want to have a nice experience in a semi private setting. “So, I’ve been a member for 3+ years. And I’ve been using this merchant for my waxes for around 5 years. I was charged a “no show” fee a few days ago (which I have never been charged in the years of being serviced) because I forgot about my appointment.. The owner was supposed to call me to discuss the discrepancies of my appointment but of course she did not after several days.. Also, instead of giving me a warning or a courtesy refund, the owner thought best to keep the $25 no show fee instead of refunding me and banking on the guaranteed $35+ a month that I’ve been paying for my services for years. Not a smart business move. The owner should be more humble and show more humility..especially to loyal customers. I told my sister and my GF about the situation and they’re also canceling their memberships. Not to mention the receptionist at the queens village location who I was talking to over the phone was very dismissive and rude. Ladies, tighten up”

“Staff is very friendly. But unfortunately i booked a pedicure in the morning and not the evening. Only in the evening you get Nail technicians. Any other time of the day you get cosmetologists which are not allowed to use clippers on the nails or file your heals. The only thing they are allowed to do is file your nails and apply polish. I know its only 20$. But with what you receive , you are better off doing your polish at home . Not the cosmologists fault, but bad management.”
