“I visited Dr. Purcell on 2/14 to address a few issues. The appointment was at 2:15, and I arrived at 2:00, and filled out the required paperwork. I was seen at around 3:00 p.m., which was not a problem for me, personally. The office was very busy. I discussed my issues and concerns directly with Dr. Purcell, and he assessed and addressed each one confidently and competently. I was referred to a plastic surgeon for one of the areas of concern, as it was diagnosed as basal cell skin cancer. Dr. Purcell is very thorough, and he explains everything, and answers questions. His staff is also very knowledgeable and congenial. I would highly recommend this practice.”

“I've been to this place a few times but my last two visits were less than stellar. Last Summer I had an appointment then received a last minute notification that the time changed. I showed at the new time to and rang the buzzer, no one answered, and I stood outside for 30 mins in the blistering sun. I left then received a call 45 mins later that they were ready for me. No apologies no nothing. I decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. Showed up at my time and got buzzed in this time and was told to wait. Thirty minutes later the aesthetician comes out and says she's ready. I asked her what time my appointment was thinking maybe I'd gotten it wrong. I explained that I had a meeting to attend. She asked if I wanted to leave so I left. People run late for various reasons but communicate that to your clients and be professional. Had she just said "hey, sorry, I am running 30 mins late" at the time she let me in I could have rescheduled. Rather than wasting my time listening to her private conversation she was having with her client for thirty minutes.”

“We went today for a couples massage. I’ve been coming here on and off for many years. Normally, it’s great! Not so much this time. First they were running late and were completely disorganized. We were on time and actually waiting. They came and got us late to begin the appointment. So for a 1pm massage we started at 1:10pm when all was said and done and yes they finished at exactly 1:55pm. The lady who did my husbands was very good but stepped out for a brief minute which happens I guess we’re all human, in the middle of his massage then came back not a big deal honestly because she was very good. The lady who did mine was awful it was by far the worst deep tissue ever completely unpolished and rushed and I’ve had deep tissue massages here many times all have been excellent. I’m not saying names out of respect for the ladies who did the massages. The lady who did mine was just rough and didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. Maybe others have had better experiences with her, but I did not. For the price we paid this was unprofessional and not at all what we expected. Very unlike our past experiences here which up until today have been amazing!”
