She completely rebuilt dresses for me (added sleeves, changed colors/lengths, made them fuller, etc) to fit the vision my party was having for each dress. We never asked a question that she did not have an answer for. The location and room are beautiful and the selection is unrivaled. Everything is beautifully curated and made the decision so hard until we found the ONE (on my first appointment). No matter if you want something traditional, tendy, glitter, simple, short, long, doesn’t matter. They WILL have something you love. They have been so incredibly accommodating and are an absolute pleasure every single time I speak with them on the phone. Their manager, Jesse, is stellar and wonderful to fulfill requests. She did my full set the very first time I came here, as well as the last two times and I haven’t had any complaints or issues! She is very friendly and gives me just what I want every time! Unfortunately, this last time around, my pedicure was not as good. I came in the next day just to get a polish change because the polish did not dry well and looks messy. They wanted to charge me $12 for this when I literally was just there the day prior and paid $50. My pedicure itself wasn’t even done well (which I wasn’t even going to complain about at first,) I still have so much dead skin on the bottom my feet and my toes just looks a mess like I never had them done. I am very disappointed with the customer service here and although I love Iris, I will not be back.”

“Visited here almost a month ago but I just had to say the experience I had here was amazing! We had the head spa treatment done and it was great! All the employees here were very nice and attentive they explained and showed us everything before the treatment. We were able to see the before and after of our scalp and all the products they use here is quality products. The procedure starts with the scalp analysis, then the sit you on a massage bed were they start by washing your hair then steam your head, after that you receive a mini facial, then a full head wash, once they are done they give you a shoulder and neck massage, they apply hair products that are customized to your individual needs, and finish up with drying your hair. The prices here were also very good considering other places charge double for the same experience.The place is extremely clean and looks very brand new because of the good maintenance here. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!”
