“I recently visited for a much needed pampering facial. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a nice welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. The facial itself was very relaxing and enjoyable, however at the time they had a special for facials during that month per website and flyers in the spa, which was why I went to try them out. As I went to pay they did not adjust the price and stood around looking at each other and me and made me feel slightly awkward. I did not bring up the promotion and paid for my services and left a tip! I will not be returning for this very reason. A customer should not have to point out the promotions, as it should be done by the staff! This was a huge letdown and I feel like this company needs to be more honest about their promotions.”

“I have been visiting this salon for 2 years and I will not come back. Over the last two visits the quality of the work had declined (e.g., nail chipping quickly). Regardless I kept coming back. Today I had an appointment and my technician decided to leave me and go work with a walk in because “she was her client”. After 25-30 minutes of waiting with my nails wrapped in acetone and with no acknowledgment of when I was going to be taken care off (as everyone else was busy) I removed the wrapping decided to leave. It is not ok to treat people this way.”

The place is clean, people are friendly and considerate (receptionist asked me if I was comfortable with a male doing my pedicure), and Mike who did my pedicure is very attentive to the details and took his time to make sure it looks great. I’ll be coming back!”
