She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have received tons of compliments on my skin thanks to Olga! She makes great recommendations for skincare products that I should use and teaches me how to use the products the proper way. I especially love the sunscreen she suggested. “I've been to this place a few times but my last two visits were less than stellar. Last Summer I had an appointment then received a last minute notification that the time changed. I showed at the new time to and rang the buzzer, no one answered, and I stood outside for 30 mins in the blistering sun. I left then received a call 45 mins later that they were ready for me. No apologies no nothing. I decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. Showed up at my time and got buzzed in this time and was told to wait. Thirty minutes later the aesthetician comes out and says she's ready. I asked her what time my appointment was thinking maybe I'd gotten it wrong. I explained that I had a meeting to attend. She asked if I wanted to leave so I left. People run late for various reasons but communicate that to your clients and be professional. Had she just said "hey, sorry, I am running 30 mins late" at the time she let me in I could have rescheduled. Rather than wasting my time listening to her private conversation she was having with her client for thirty minutes.”
