“Ok so I tried 3 times before I decided to do my Google review but here goes.,.. *Wings have awesome flavors butttt they be BURNT!!! Like to a CRISPTTTT.... It's crazy that that'll just throw sauce on black wings... *Fries are usually soggy and undercooked. But again the flavor is there for fries as well... Loaded fries are good as well but same thing.. good flavor but undercooked. *Desserts are ok. Cake isn't buttery but that Carmel Butter Cream Frosting is a Smash! *Customer service from younger ladies is excellent? They help make the atmosphere vibrant. **The concept is super dope and flavor is there when food is cooked properly. Imma try a different location to see if I'll get better results This is all based on my personal liking and opinion. They're definitely worth a try .”

“Our experience at Root & Bone wasn’t necessarily bad, but rather exceedingly mediocre. The waitstaff was top notch and the ambiance is pleasant, with lots of fun, kitschy knick-knacks adorning the walls. Where things fell off was with the food. Nothing really lived up to the hype. The fried chicken was fine, but wasn’t really much better than what you’d get at Popeye’s, which is disappointing when the Chicken & Waffles is $20. I had the steak sandwich, and it was cooked well, and was rather tasty, but it was begging for a sauce of some sort. My son got the biscuits and gravy, and the biscuits were dense while the had an overpowering herb flavor that was just ruined the dish. Nothing was disgusting, but we expected so much more from the chefs behind this restaurant.”

“From the moment we walked in Kris gave us the VIP treatment. We had the fried green tomatoes and the seasoning was 🙌! We shared the double burger which means we each got an 8 oz burger!!!! Again, the flavor was amazing! Highly recommend and plan on returning. Everything was clean. It was just a wonderful experience.”
