“Let me start off by saying our waitresses set such a high bar in customer service. Other businesses need to take a course from them. When it comes to seasoning, they hit the spot from the red beans and rice to the greens, which all are cooked in smoked turkey. Make sure you order extra cornbread because it is fire. I must be honest the fried chicken was cooked too long and dry, but that is my only complaint.”
