“Came here for dinner and had the shoyu with pork belly and the miso with BBQ chicken ramen. The shoyu ramen had a clear broth, clean tasting but the added yuzu oil was quite overpowering with the citrusy flavour. Would be great if they had it on the side so you can adjust. Pork belly was quite lean but tender, marinated egg was perfectly cooked with a creamy yolk; and the king oyster mushroom and the Chinese broccoli made this ramen taste healthy. Preferred the miso ramen which had a strong depth of flavour paired with the tasty BBQ chicken seasoned with spices and some vegetables to change up the flavour such as the burnt cabbage and the buttered corn. Also had the ice cream pie for dessert which was a matcha and black sesame flavour during this visit. The ice cream was dense and creamy with a hard biscuit base which tasted like Anzac biscuit (sweet honey taste).”

“Very big portion and worth every penny. This is a place that opens late in Bankstown and serves up fresh and delicious food. The only complaint I have is the pork chop is on the drier side but everything else was tasty and full of flavour. Would highly recommend to visit if you are around the area!”

“Our favourite place to grab lunch, we came here on Easter Sunday & as usual the food didn’t disappoint… I like to try something different every time we eat here so the dish of choice for me was The Chef’s special Beef Noodle Soup & for the hubby Basil Chilli Noodles with Chicken… My soup was to die for the beef was just melt in the mouth & the broth was delicious, now I’m not one for spice but next time I would maybe like to try it medium 🌶️🌶️ just to add a bit more of a punch. The hubby’s was packed with flavour & didn’t disappoint. We love coming to this place and would highly recommend 😊”

“I've been coming to eat their deep-fried pork with pickles for the past five years. I went to visit last Monday and was very disappointed with the taste of the soup; the ingredients were not fresh, and the service was poor. The tomato was clearly rotten with a foul taste. When we requested a new bowl, we overheard the staff communicating with the chef about the tomato. The chef confirmed that it was indeed rotten, but the staff thought we didn't understand the language and told us there was no problem with the ingredient. Instead of replacing the entire bowl, the staff gave us a new "tomato." However, it was clear to us that the foul taste of the original tomato had already infused into the soup, so adding a new tomato wouldn't improve the taste. We also overheard the table next to us mentioning that the soup didn't taste the same as before. Isn't ensuring the quality of the food the utmost priority for a restaurant? I'm deeply disappointed.”

“The food here is so fresh and looks beautiful! The environment is also nice and clean. It is different from the normal hotpot, as it’s based on fish soup and has delicious fish slides in it. And I love their pots so much which can go up and down. That’s easier for us to get the food from the pots.”

Flavours for this Korean burger were well-seasoned, however it almost tasted traditional Australian (not a negative, just unexpected). Traditional in the sense that it was shamelessly indulgent. I would also suggest serving this burger with a Korean dipping sauce, not ketchup. This might the main criticism is that the burger was only faintly Korean in flavour. The waitress was great.”
