“Our hotel was a 6 minute walk and I decided to get takeout for my son and I. I took a chance on this place and placed my order over the phone. I had to laugh because the woman was like yeah, yeah, yeah after each item and proceeded to hang up. I was like you got everything? Sure enough she did and click, hung up the phone. Order was ready and accurate when I got there and I understood why she was short on the phone. Small place was packed with people getting takeout, DoorDash etc. We really enjoyed our food so much! I got the house pork bao buns and Sichuan style dumplings. My son got the chive dumplings and stewed pork burger and is already asking for it again. Flavorful food! Would definitely recommend.”

“Terrific Thai food in the financial district close to Fulton Market & the Seaport. We tried the Hand Folded veggie dumplings, which were excellent. The Pad Sieew (rice noodles with shrimp) was quite good, although on the sweeter side. The deep fried calamari was as well very good. Finally, the morning glory was extremely good. The restaurant was fairly busy but the food came out pretty quickly. The air con was on full blast, so we were freezing until we had it turned off. Overall, highly recommended for Thai food in FiDi.”

“I loved the hot pot eating experience here. The burners are small and everyone has their own hot pot station with broth. The dipping soy sauce can be pre made or made yourself and everyone orders meats to share. I’ve certainly had better flavors though. I should have ordered the spicy and creamy pork combination to try both but I was recommended strongly to try just the creamy pork as the spicy is not good. But I missed the spice throughout this entire meal. The broth was slightly weak, just wish it had more umami and it absorbed the broth flavor better. I think this was a very expensive meal, but it was satisfying.”

Máximo's (the friendly chef) wife makes birria a lil different. I couldn't tell what was the magical ingredient that made a party in my mouth. Lol”
