“My husband and I went here without a reservation and they were kind enough to seat us inside. We ordered saganaki as an appetizer and the octopus and lamb as entrees. The fresh vegetables and roasted potatoes were delicious and well seasoned. The lamb and octopus were some of our most delicious meals while traveling throughout Europe!The level of service with the attentive, personable and courteous staff made our evening. Highly recommended!!”

“Service: 2 - not friendly and completely unapologetic when we sent a dish back due to poor quality. Atmosphere: 2 - Rustic. Music was loud. The seating indoors is cramped and uncomfortable on little stools. Food: 2 - we ordered 5 dishes. The fried calamari was so undercooked it was pale, and squishy. We sent it back. The other 4 were edible, but none were really good. The aoli wasn't really aioli - it was somewhat pimped mayonnaise from a bottle. I'd avoid this place - there's lots of food options around this great area.”

“We had a great selection of tapas, many classics, few with a twist. The meatballs are not usually my favourite but here they were to die for as was the Galician octopus. Sat by the street which is nice. Some people insisted on smoking cigars at the neighbouring table at some point but not much to do about that.”

“Went there for dinner. It's the second time now and again, the food was delicious. Right after we gave up our order they brought us some of their homemade bread as an appetizer with some sauces (for free). The main food came really quickly and again, everything was super tasty! The staff was really friendly and helpful. We ordered a little too much (again) but the waiters packed the rest of our food to go. After asking for the bill we got homemade Pasteis de Nata as dessert (for free) 😍. Awesome!! They have a bakery right next to the restaurant entrance (inside) with a lot of stuff which you could buy in a typical bakery in Portugal. Almost like being on vacation again 😁 Their bakery has slightly different working hours, but i think it's always open, when the restaurant is. Anyways, their marketing strategy is working, since we went to the bakery after paying at the restaurant and got Pasteis de Nata and one of their delicious breads for half the price, because we had eaten at their restaurant!!! Wasn't even expecting this, but this just made our experience all the more awesome!!”

“The owners are the most welcoming and kind people and all the staff is fun and nice, even to this non-German speaker. The views are to die for, but coupled with the drinks and amazing food made by the owner, what more could you ask for? We had some of the best soup I’ve ever had and amazing potato noodles which he made without sauerkraut for me! If you want authentic German food in the mountains, this is the place to try!”

“Good but advisable to book. We arrived on a Friday evening at 6pm without a booking and were given the choice of waiting until 7pm or having a table on the terrace at the front. We chose to eat immediately but there are two downsides to being outside; one is that people come outside to smoke, the second is that the only view is of "Mega Fun" (we decided it is a bierkeller). For food we chose the speciality 4 course meal - a salad with one rib and one sardine, a plate of shell-on prawns in piri-piri sauce, a small plate of grilled fish (sea-bass and salmon) served with crisps, a small plate of meat or a dessert. The ribs were rated as good, likewise the prawns and sauce. The fish was beautifully cooked and the crisps were freshly made. We each chose a different dessert and shared but, to be honest, being made in advance, they were bland and unremarkable. The food plus a couple of beers came to 65 euros. In summary, good quality food in the main and friendly service but mains are not cheap and you may need to book ahead.”

“Nice quaint Tapas place. Very cozy interiors, kind staff and good food. The atmosphere is very nice. A lot of locals frequent the place for its food and drinks. It was actually a pit stop for my husband and I on our way to Austria. Would definitely be coming back here. It's not only an ideal date place, it's also a great place to spend with friends. I like the small tapas dishes that you can share amongst one another. Would recommend this to anyone.”
