“Pricey but really good jamon and iberico restaurant. Ordered mixed jamon and cheese platter, really good. Some nice and fresh bread and aioli. Warmly recommend the iberico meat, skip the ribeye, nothing special, just decent and calamares which was nicely cooked but a bit chewy. Service was really good as well however didn't speak English very well, but managed to communicate anyway. Warmly recommend a stop.”

“Geat, delicious food. Souted Octopus + prawns is delicious. Gourmet beef amazing, the best we ever have (and we are fan of beef!) Black lentiles soup perfect! Delicious wine. Mango ice cream and cheese cake - heaven. Great inside atmosphere, you can also seat outside by the street. Very nice service. Definately needs to visit and try!”

“This restaurant was recommended to us by some friends who have been there, so we made a trip by car even though we were not in the area. We called for a reservation, but we were told that they no longer take reservations and that we can come there because it goes quickly. We waited 30-35 minutes for a table to be released and another 40 minutes for the food to be brought. Personally, I chose a steak and I said from the start that it should be cooked medium, but it was very rare, as you can see in the attached pictures. It's not the way I requested and it's not the way I prefer, but we were very hungry and decided not to wait any longer. When we finished eating I requested the bill and it came in about 15 minutes with a surprise - the prices we saw on the menu did NOT include the 7% tax addition, something I have never seen before Canary Islands although I have been to several places and all the menus had IGICC included. We believe that it is imperative that these things be specified by the waiters or that this aspect be specified in the menu because it is not comfortable and I don't even know if it is legal - after all, customers want to know what they are paying in total. The quality of the meat and the taste is good, but I would recommend much more attention to the way of cooking, to the serving because it takes an extremely long time just to sit down. Overall, the experience we had was not exactly good and we were disappointed by all the above aspects, especially because we drove 45 minutes just to eat there. Later edit: Someone who is responsible for the page responded with a basic response without any apology and explanation for any facts and we can understand that you can make a mistake with the meat, but the prices shown without tax is a scam and not a mistake.”

The owner talked about how he changed his life around covid period, where, before, he worked in a very busy tourist city of the island, and now he went back to his roots closer to home. And that's what you can taste in this cuisine. Very local food with awsome cuisine and staff. If any minor point of critic: prices are a little high. But quality remains!”

I ordered a Spanish cold tomato soup as starter, it’s the best I have ever tried. And for main course, I ordered a traditional goat stew, the meat is soft, tender and tasty. It’s absolutely wonderful. The staffs are friendly and the atmosphere is nice! Everything about this restaurant just right, highly recommended!”

Edit, second visit: Visited again, ordered this time paella, again taste is on an another level, they manage to pack so many different flavors, but yet keep it compact and combine them in a flavor harmony. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it was simply perfect. This time we were at rush hour and I have to take back my complaint about service and atmosphere, everything was flawless, even the waiter that seemed lazy last time was a changed person. 10/10 experience. I think last time was simply bad timing, restaurant was almost empty which is why waiters were few, relaxed and show. Gonna repeat myself, I have high standards and the taste is on Michelin star level. Probably best value restaurant I've in so far in my life. First visit: Most importantly the food is amazing! I had a very strange but extremely tasty dish called Arroz negro de sepia y langostinos, that's sepia and prawn black rice. It was really good and unique, had a lot of flavor and the octopus was really tender. I have really high standards, but this was among the top dishes I had in restaurants. Service was a bit slow, there was a combination of few waiters and one seemingly lazy. On top of that no one really spoke English, but all in all still friendly environment. I tested as well the cod that we ordered, which was full of flavor as well. I really want to stress the amount of flavor in both dishes that was exceptionally delightful!”

“This isn't my usual choice, more "where local eat" type but gave this a go due to good reviews and glad we did. "Fusion" is always a bit pretentious, but from the 3 dishes we shared, hard to criticise. Prawn salad with croutons is nice but nothing to write home about and all uphill from there. Kangaroo tenderloin (recommended by local who was in eating..thank you sir) was cooked to perfection. Medium rare, seared on outside, marinated in teriyaki, melted in mouth, that was a 10! The pork belly dish with avocado, rice, egg etc was also top marks. Pork tasted like it had been cooking for weeks, fell to bits, mixed well with other ingredients, a favourite of my wife's (Thai) tastes. Place was quiet, as we eat early, clean lines, well designed and full view of cooking area. Staff friendly, helpful, happy to explain dishes to us lazy "English only" speakers! Had all that, couple drinks each, under €50. I definitely recommend a visit.... P.S...locals definitely eat here so I'd book a table 7pm onward...”

“We arrived at 13:30 - they open at 13:00 - and it was dead. We were the first customers and over the next hour the tables outside filled, but there was only one other couple inside with us. I guess if you want atmosphere you need to eat later. My wife summed up the meal and the whole dining experience as "clean, but no wow factor", which I would agree with. We only had two starters, one main course, bread and two 50cl bottles of water, which cost us €52. Ouch! Everything tasted as it should but there was no excitement to the food. Perhaps it was a bad day or my expectations were too high, but £50 for snacks and water seems rather expensive.”
