“I’ve been coming to Ocho for years and it’s been a while since I’ve been back, and I’m glad I came back! It’s just a great place to get tapas, and it’s rare to find that in Seattle. Looks like they still offer happy hour which is a bonus. This is a great place to share plates and try a lot of variety on the menu. The more you get the more you get or try! It’s a small place so come prepared for that. Smaller groups are better. Drinks are decent as well. The service was top notch! Grab all the things off the menu if not keep going back you won’t be disappointed. Croquetas Borrachas are my fav!”

“This is an amazing experience led by a Valencian husband and wife chef / owner duo. The Paella brunch experience is one definitely worth remembering. This five course menu is centered around an open fire roasted paella for your guests to share. The Valencian chef combines his hometown experiences with PNW influences as evidenced by the wild foraged mushroom paella we so much enjoyed. The remainder of the meal was well liked too but the paella is clearly the star. All the food was enjoyed with home made infused gins that are the other specialty of the house. This is a definitely a special restaurant in Seattle and all visitors should make this special stop. We will definitely be back to enjoy their full tasting menu experience! “Nice tapas, but the portion is a bit small and pricy. The service here is pretty good, I love the patata bravas and the crispy paella appetizer. The dessert is too sweet in my opinion. But overall food here is still pretty decent and good for sharing a small bite with a group of people. A recommended place in Capitol Hill for tapas, but expect $50-100 per person for the experience.”

“Wow! Had a great experience here Thursday 1/18 at the bar! We had been once to Inside Passage before but had always wanted to come back for Rumba… which did not disappoint. Preston and Gregor were both very knowledgeable for a newcomer to Rum. Overall the service was outstanding, both the drinks and the Rum were amazing, and we loved the atmosphere! They have over 700 different bottles to choose from as well. I will definitely be back for more soon, props to the bartenders!”
