You walk in and being welcome by incredibly friendly owner Francesco, the stuff is pointing you to your table. To our surprise, everyone speaks (better or worse but still speaks) English. The food itself is heaven. Whatever you choose it will put a smile on your face. And if you take time to look around you will see the same smile on everyone else's face's. It was so good we came here the following day just to try the other things from the menu. If you are in the area, or even if you have to drive from further distance - do it. You will not regret it.”

“The staff were happy to take a reservation for our group of 8 in just 60 minutes after we arrived, perfect amount of time to explore Orvieto at night and find drink to pass the time. When we returned the table was set beautifully. Some of us are vegan and vegetarian and they were more than happy to accomodate by altering some dishes. The food and wine was absolutely incredible, all 8 of us were blown away by the presentation and taste of our dishes. It’s not the cheapest dinner you’ll find in town, but it is absolutely worth the price!”

“Four of us had lunch today. What a find. Very good value set lunch. Beautifully cooked. Choice of 3 pastas. Interesting main courses - the tuna in particular was superb. Lots of different vegetable choices. Ice creams were really good. Good wine list. The service was delightful. So helpful and enthusiastic. Pleasant setting. We hadn’t booked - we got there before 1pm and had a nice table - but it was very popular so it might be sensible to phone ahead. Excellent food and fairly priced. Recommended.”

“We stopped here not knowing what to expect. They explained to us that they only have a fixed menu and it's a chef surprise, well, we decided to be adventurous and here we are... We started with 3 different appetizer plates to share , they came in succession and they were so good we ate them before I even remembered to take a pic, all three of them were really delicious but the sausage grilled with grapes and tomatoes was to die for We than had two meat dishes , one with chicken and one with ribs , both very tasty. The ribs were cooked to perfection. If that wasn't enough we got a pasta dish with a regional typical ragù. Once again very good indeed. After all of that food we got the desserts too, they were a Spoleto typical called crescionda, once again very good! The service was good and very friendly. So we highly recommend it especially if you are willing to be surprised by the chef! Sorry for the missing appetizers photo, they were sooo good we ate them before even thinking about pictures”
