Closed until 12:00 PM

Shop 8/15 Kingsland Parade, Casey ACT 2913, Australia

“Editing my review as we went back and the same dish we had last time (veggie korma) tasted different, very watery. I also noticed that they charge for the water they offer you when you arrive, without saying anything, very misleading. Very nice Indian restaurant, beautiful place. We had eggplant masala, veggie korma, garlic naan and basmati rice. Everything was quite delicious. Fast and great service, friendly staff. We will definitely come back.”

Shop B11A/148 Bunda St, Canberra ACT 2601, Australia

“Despite my trepidation on getting some stuff service due to previous reviews, I was surprised with it being on point. We opted for the tasting menu and dishes came at a decent pace with the drinks almost instantly when ordered. Everything was seasoned well and delicious, the dessert being totally fantastic. Highlights were the beef and the ceviche. Luckily we decided to ask our host to pair the dessert wine and it was perfect ending to our Boxing Day dinner. We were also fortunate to be seated away from the very raucous crowd downstairs, so thank you Inka. Loved it and definitely recommend it was some fantastic fusion food and ambience.”

Dickson Asian Noodle House

Shop 4/29 Woolley St, Dickson ACT 2602, Australia

“My recent dining experience at Asian Noodle House in Dickson left me with mixed feelings about the overall visit. While the food was passable, the service and attention to detail fell short of expectations, resulting in a rather disappointing outing. Starting with the positives, the menu offered a decent selection of Asian noodle dishes. Although the flavors were just okay and didn't quite stand out, they provided a satisfying meal for our group. However, it was the service that left a significant dent in the overall experience. One particular instance was the coconut juice we ordered. To our dismay, it had an off-putting chemical taste that was impossible to ignore. We brought this to the attention of the staff, hoping for a swift resolution. Regrettably, it took the intervention of the owner or manager after we expressed our dissatisfaction for any action to be taken. While the explanation regarding a supplier change was provided, it's crucial to note that the taste of a beverage shouldn't be compromised by such changes. Customer experience should be the priority, regardless of supplier modifications. Furthermore, the beef crispy noodle dish had an unexpected sour note that left us questioning its intended flavor profile. This inconsistency raised doubts about the quality control in the kitchen, affecting our overall perception of the establishment. In conclusion, while Asian Noodle House in Dickson has the potential to offer a satisfying meal, the lack of professionalism in addressing customer concerns and the inconsistencies in flavor left a negative impression. It's my hope that the management will take these feedback points into serious consideration to elevate the dining experience for future patrons. As it stands, I left the restaurant with a sense of disappointment that overshadowed the positives.”

1882 Hall

Closed until 12:00 PM

13 Gladstone St, Hall ACT 2618, Australia

“A rare night out for hubby and I, and the food was delicious, and the service exceptional. The panna cotta was the best I have ever tasted, smooth and creamy and not at all gelatinous. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed the abalone and lamb rump, and my steak was perfect. My only suggestion would be more comfy seats. I'm not small, and the seats were a bit painful on my arthritic body.”

Thai Herb
4.3
( 8 reviews ) $$

94/11 Wimmera St, Harrison ACT 2914, Australia

“If you are craving for Thai food Thai Herb could easily be one of your options. Recommended to reserve during peak periods. Your have to option of downloading the menu or can request a hard copy of the menu. The staff will reach your table to take your order. The chicken popcorn is a must try to get your taste buds primed. If you are having the Laksa, you will find it flavourful but a little too sweet to your liking. Authentic? Perhaps no, the flavours have been tuned to the local taste. The chilli basil was passable , and the veggies a bit under cooked. Whereas the Thai green curry was delicious. Definitely try the fried rice which was an other winner. The portions were huge and we could not complete it. But the friendly staff will help you with take away boxes if you ask for it. Overall a good experience. Will definitely go again to try their other dishes. Enjoy!”

“We arrived near close time on a Monday night. The bartender was brilliant, friendly in a genuine way, and we enjoyed sampling some Canberra Distillery Musk liqueur. A unique drop that had us wondering how it could be used in a cocktail. Our vote was to sip it neat 😍 The ambience was wonderful and next time I’ll make sure to be there when their live music is on. 10/10”

Ramen Oden

“This place is overrated. The char grilled meat taints the entire ramen. The soup is pretty watered down and lacks flavour. I think Omi in the city has ruined me for other Japanese restaurants.”

Yum Cha Cbd

32 West Row, Civic, Canberra ACT 2600, Australia

“Food is good here. The salt and pepper squid was deliciously tender. The slow cooked pork belly fabulous. A bit of waiting but patience is rewarded by the tasty dishes. The place becomes noisy when more than half the room is occupied which makes difficult for conversations at your own table. Friendly service. Car park can be complicated in this area.”

“I mean really ? The pasta had no vegetables at all, it was just boiled pasta. I greatly appreciate that you make freshly prepare food and had great food from you in the past. As after eating your food from ..one never feels sick or bloated... But just from now on please put more thought into preparing. As you need to justify the price one is paying. As it was just boiled pasta with a little flavor of chowmein I redid it myself with sauces.”
