Apparently it was around 700 yen at the time 😂 Wagyu beef shoulder, offal and onions are simmered for a day in miso and awamori. Contains diced meat, which is not found in other Yaeyama soba noodles (*^^*) It's big, but soft and delicious. The color of the soup is dark, but the soup itself is light and not dark. You can get Hoochi bars and garlic by asking the staff. I recommend adding garlic! Personally, I had high expectations, so it was delicious, but I didn't think it really stood out. “Okay this is one of the best restaurants in ishigaki. The staff are really polite and so sweet. They have amazing udon. And me being a vegetarian, they didn’t have any food. But they gave me fresh local “Shima bananas” and a glass of fresh mango juice. The fruits are really the best here, especially the bananas. It’s so amazing! Would definitely recommend for anyone to come here!”

The shop specializes in tofu dishes. There are only a few dishes on the menu. All of them are lightly-flavoured and deliciously healthy. The mashed tofu in the noodles are soft and silky. The onigiri has a few flavours (miso is most popular) and is covered in tofu before frying. Both are perfect for those looking for a light meal. Meat lovers may have to look elsewhere as only one of the noodles contains meat.”

Love that their tortillas shells are fried and seasoned. You get a crunchy tasty taco with every bite you take. All the extras—lettuce, tomato, salsa, & cheese are already on the taco and there’s no extra charge. This store is located in a shopping center with other very good restaurants. Hence, if you can carpool during the weekend I highly suggest!”
