“If you are looking for the most intimate wedding, dining venue with amazing food like you've never had before, you need to come here. This is a long story but I feel it tells the story of this place best. My wife, who is Italian, and myself (American), had visited two villas as possible wedding venues, and although they were nice, it was not us. They were too big and felt pretentious. One evening, we decided to leave our kids with the grandparents to go out to dinner to a place we heard was a quaint restaurant in the hills. As we walked up, we were blown away by the grounds. We were given our seats in the restaurant and proceeded to have the most amazing meal we had ever had. As we sat there, we fell in love with the atmosphere, thinking it would be amazing to have our wedding there. After dessert, we checked with the server if they hosted weddings and were excited to find out they did. The service would be done overlooking the grape vineyard and the surrounding hills, and the meal would be served in the restaurant portico. My wife and her parents went up to the restaurant a few days later so they could see it as well, and my mother-in-law walked in and was immediately blown away, both by the location and the food. We worked with Giovanni over the next year to set things up from the US, and he was the most attentive person I have ever dealt with, and made things super easy to coordinarwnfrom overseas. I had high expectations the day of the wedding but he went above and beyond. He helped navigate the entire day, from the service to ensuring some private time for me and my new bride, and then proceeded to make sure we had one of the best dinner service and food. His staff was amazing and beyond professional. They were attentive to every guest and flexible to specific dietary needs. Every guest was blown away by the setting, how everything was handled and served, and especially the food: we received compliments about our wedding by all our guests. “A very interesting experience, a little bit different from what you expect from a restaurant. You can't order what you want from a menu, everybody get the same thing, but they are a lot of different types of food with many specialities and very tasty. And everything is home made. The place is so rustic with a friendly atmosphere, I felt like in my grandma's house in the countryside. I tried it for the first time 6 years ago and it seemed to me a little bit better, but it's still on top!”

They have their special methods for making their dough and it resulted in a great pizza...and that was before some of the unique ingrediants used. My pizza was light and crunchy and packed one heck of a taste. The desert was simple, yet, tasty. Service was also great and I enjoyed myself at this restaurant. If you want to try a different take on pizza, then this is your stop. Of note, they open at 1800 for reservations, but service doesn't begin until 1900.”

“Che Ben was que bueno! Loved the pizza and beer here. Staff was great. Have your COVID-19 Card/Green Pass available as they check it when you are seated. If you come when it opens at 18h just be aware the kitchen for pizza doesn't open until 19h so if you come early have an appetizer and some beers. Nice selection of beers and wide variety of food available. I had the prosciutto and gorgonzola pizza. I would come here again!”

“Fabulous pastry shop, practically in the center of Bassano. The elegant, well decorated environment, developed on 2 floors. They have a great variety of desserts. We had a ginseng, a latte, the Christmas brioche (which you can see in the photo) with chocolate, salted caramel and cinnamon. All for €5.40, a good price given that the brioche was very filling. They also have special types of teas and herbal teas. The staff were friendly and very quick to serve even though there were a lot of people. Recommended place.”
