“Best food on the island so far! Swordfish cooked perfect. Scallops wrapped in Prosciutto ham had an amazing smokey flavor. Unique drink options not seen in other restaurants. The atmosphere was quaintand and intimate. I was concerned that the music would be overpowering, yet they have done a remarkable job in accoustics to allow low conversations to be conducted if you needed to. Music was exciting with a fantastic man on the keys and Savannah music Hall of Fame keyboardist Eric Jones. I don't know if he regularly plays here, so keep your eye out for future opportunities to hear him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

“Really enjoyed the donuts and coffee. The apple pie donut was phenomenal and we also really liked the strawberry jam. We plan on going back soon to try some other flavors. They are only open Friday through Sunday but definitely worth spending a weekend morning here or getting donuts to go.”

“We went here during lunch as a party of 13. We were able to find some tables outside. The outdoor seating is covered so you're protected from sun and rain. The servers came right out and got us started with drinks. They were back shortly after to take food orders and the food came out quickly. Everything was delicious. If you're looking for some great New York style deli sandwiches in Hilton Head, this is the place.”

“I would definitely return to Il Carpaccio again! The food was delicious. I had the Gnocchi Al Pomodoro E Gorgonzola and my partner had a pepperoni pizza. We shared a calamari appetizer. The salads, bread, appetizer, and entrees were all fantastic. And the server was very attentive.”

“Amazing sushi! The hostess doesn't have any personality and in my opinion was actually rude. The huys making the sushi made up for her lack of personality. I gave them a better tip. The sushi ranks among the best I have ever ordered. The restaurant decor and cleaning needs a little attention.”
