Painted Dough has gluten free option. Painted Dough had a great vibe about it. Stopped about 10 am on a Saturday. There was adequate parking. My only issue was there was not any place to sit and eat. We sat on the pony wall out front. Stop by and Ask for Joanna, she very helpful. Brought home 4 donuts for the wife that were gluten free. Boxed then up individually to not ruin my selections. Since I was riding my Harley.”

“The food is partially authentic and partially Americanized Mexican. And if I have to be blunt it’s overpriced Mexican inspired American that’s missing the big Mexican flavors. I can’t even pick a place/region in Mexico 🇲🇽 to identify with one flavor. I think it’s 2 Stars but I want to be gentle on the workers who work very hard. I’d rather see real lettuce on the tostada and not iceberg. I saw a lot of people ordering fajitas but even this it does not make sense if this is real Mexican. Unfortunately, flavor and identity is a big deal. And simply the flavor here has an identity issue. The heartburn I got it’s a terrible revelation that good Mexican food has super flavors and it does not hurt like this 🤠”

“Come here: food is authentic and tastes homemade. This is my go to now. The inside is moody and dark, but peaceful; they have an extended menu full of options, but I knew I wanted beef fried rice and egg rolls. I ordered and it was quickly finished in 10 minutes. The sauces are so delicious and unique and the flavors of everything combined just blew my mind. I will make this my new spot. I did see a sign that says the staff are at lunch from a certain time (I think it was 2pm-3pm? I don't remember). Perhaps I will try dining inside and see how it is atmosphere and all, and to check out more of the menu. Highly Recommended!!”

“My husband and I arrived in Lake Arrowhead late afternoon and went to Stone Creek Bistro for dinner. We called them about 30 min prior and made a reservation (recommended). We were warmly greeted by 2 staff members upon arriving and were seated shortly after. We ordered their beet salad (delicious!), the tomato bisque soup (marvelous!), the soup of the day - which was a cauliflower bisque (my husband loved it!), and the grilled salmon. The portions were generous and the service provided was attentively and with care. We recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning one day. :)”
