“This is my worst experience with not only insomnia cookies but any delivery service, I don't know what this person was smoking that they needed to spray so heavily to cover it up but the smell is all over and in my box so my cookies are inedible. But to make matters worse from the start there was a hair on one of my cookies, so I would’ve been without one even if the others weren’t ruined. Anyway I’m making this review to warn anyone who is thinking of trying getting their cookies delivered, please just don’t even risk it. It’s my birthday btw so this is just extra disappointing”

“I was in Hoover yesterday and was wanting Japanese food. Usually I get Stix in fultondale but the location in Hoover was closed. That is what lead me to find Sumo’s. Honestly, I think their food was better anyways! I ordered three hibachi chicken dinners with fried rice, one without onions, all to go. They got the order correct and weren’t difficult about the no onion order (which is rare to find)! The food was ready fast and prepared well to travel with. I would definitely go back again! It was a great dinner for me and my family!”

“This was my second food stop of the day. I live in Center Point, so I like to spend my $$ in my neighborhood as time permits. Admittedly, the plan was to get an apple fritter or two at Pop Donuts, but they are now closed on Mondays. Zatie's really impressed me by how clean the place was, the friendliness of the service and the way the employees reacted with each other in a very pleasant and helpful way. I got the dark meat chicken combo with yams and mac and cheese. I had to wait a minute or two for the mac and cheese to be refilled, but it was definitely a worthwhile wait as i found out once I got the food home and began to eat. The baked chicken was also really tasty. I'm assuming the yams were cooked with butter and brown sugar because they taste like the yams i grew up eating and that's how they were prepared. It did take me a couple of meals to finish everything, but I was definitely happy to have made the stop.”

“Experience here was fine. I kinda thought the prices were a little steep. Anyway, I ordered the fried chicken which was a good sized chicken breast. I felt that it needed more seasoning. Mashed potatoes and green beans were decent. The atmosphere in this place was good and relaxing. I don’t know if this place is related to the one in Montgomery which is buffet style . This place is meat snd 3 where choose ur meat, vegetables and drink upon ordering. Service was fast and meal hot, just no food to scream about.”

“Our server Daniel put up with all of our million questions as well as putting him on the spot to make the menu decision for us. He was so patient with our group. Service made eating here the best choice. Best meat patties hands down. I even warmed up 2 patties a day later. Soooo Good. The goat was so tender with rice and cabbage it was the star at our table. We also ordered the lemon pepper wings with their sweet chili sauce. Next time I want to order sweet chili wings, that sauce was everything; I even used it on my chicken meat patty. My least favorite dish was the jollof rice with fried chicken wings nothing was seasoned. We also liked the plantains. The fufu was fresh and warm. I also ordered the Suyan Beef Kabobs to go with mac and cheese for my son. The veggies and beef made the car smell amazing OTW home. It was also tasty. One of the owners made a round of Jello shots that were serious. All of our drinks were well made we ordered both sunrises, liquid marijuanas and a passion fruit.”
