“Lots to unpack! The service was absolutely the best I have ever received. The manager (I can’t remember his name) greeted us and made sure to check on us the entire evening. Our server Cesar was exceptional! He was very attentive and explained everything we had questions about. On to the food, we ordered the caviar ($250) and a few other appetizers(octopus, prawns, and bread) and each item was absolutely delicious. The prawns were seasoned to perfection and the caviar was like butter! (Well, it should be for the price 😂) I ordered the ‘Falls of the rack’.. I think that was the name of the spare ribs! And boy did they fall off the bones!! I also had a taste of the lamb chops, the fish (I honestly can’t remember which fish). I absolutely will be dining here again when I am in New Orleans again. I’d give it 10 stars but five is the max. Oh, the ambiance is great for a special occasion.”

“There isn’t anything I can’t say wasn’t delicious. Literally everything tasted amazing. We had Blaze as our waiter and he’s top notch. We had sambusa, both collard greens and beef. The sauce was amazing with that. We also tried “the world,” and everything on that plate was delicious. I don’t eat a lot of meat, and I couldn’t get enough. My husband usually prefers meat, but he loved all the veggies dishes. The Kings Bread Pudding was very delicious and the coffee just amplified its deliciousness. We will definitely be going back and sure hope we get Blaze again.”

It was busy (we didn't expect there to be a Sunday brunch things happening) The service was good and everyone was kind even being super busy, they acted like they enjoyed being there. I got the brunch burger. The flavors were great - not the best burger burger I've ever had but it was tasty and moist. And made a great vehicle for flavor. The fries are great. We also had the brussel sprouts and added a side of hot honey to them and 10/10 RECOMMEND doing this. So crispy. So tasty. We had iced coffees with oatmilk. Fantastic. The coffee was congregation coffee which I think is local.”

We selected a few starters including the meat balls (3 come with it), calamari so crispy and good, and the Italian salad was full of flavor and the dressing was perfect! Highly recommend the woodfire pizzas! They’re big enough to share between 2 people. Steak is a skirt steak, made one way, but still good. Desserts were great- our table ordered the chocolate mousse and the panna cotta! Service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. They are sticklers for seating your party all at once, so be sure and have all guests arrive on time. Restaurant has a fun ambiance and well lite!”

We also had a salad with blueberry goat cheese (also highly recommended). For the service and the atmosphere, we felt like we were part of the family. The staff work with each other like a well oil machine. The highlight of our evening was a special service from chef Sierra, who entertained us all night. We cannot more recommend this restaurant.”

The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and has a very historical look which I happen to love, not to mention the food was fantastic! The entire staff was extremely professional, helpful, and on point during our entire visit. The manager actually stopped by our table to ensure that everything was going well. My husband and I had a really good conversation with him, and he made us feel right at home and appreciated. The Rib Room was a very enjoyable and delicious experience for us, and we will definitely be back!!”

Some of the best I’ve had in NOLA! The sharp white cheddar is what makes an average bacon egg and cheese sandwich something special here. You should try it.
