“This is the best vegan pizza I've ever had and I've tried a ton of vegan pizzas over the years. Ever since finding out about this place I order almost every day. The pizza is really good, it doesn't feel too heavy like a lot of pizzas with fake vegan cheese piled on. The cheese is locally made from Butcher's Son, so if you want to support local businesses this is a great place to go. They include a green dipping sauce which is so delicious! They've mastered every recipe and definitely know what they're doing at Dimond with their vegan pizza of the day. My favorite so far is their vegan pizza with slices of potatoes on it, and another green pizza that has a lot of garlic on top”

“These donuts are delicious!! A local in line suggested a few I wouldn’t have otherwise tried including the o.m.j., the lemon, and the Apple fritter… and these ended up being our favorites!! “I’ve visited the original Cholita Linda location in Temescal a few times now over the years and really enjoyed their food. This restaurant is another location of theirs in Alameda which was more convenient on my trip so I stopped by. Food wise everything tasted delicious just as I remember. I’ve tried all the tacos over the years but the Baja Fish is my favorite and now just order multiple of them when I visit. The fish is super fresh and pairs nicely with their housemade crema and salsa. Make sure to top it off with a bit of the orange hot sauce. On this visit, the Alameda location service was a bit slow despite there not being too many customers. I’ll probably stick to the Temescal location, but definitely be back for their tacos!”

“Consistently good milk teas, fruit drinks and boba! I've been going here since they opened more than 6 years ago and have never had problems. Sometimes I take the 20 minute drive just to feed a craving! The snacks are tasty, and drinks come out fast! I recommend coming on the weekdays because sometimes it can get hectic on weekends. The only downside I've found is that there's no indoor seating, but there's lots of room for parking so sitting in your car to wait is fine (you get a buzzer to know when your orders done).”

“When I say I eat here a lot, I mean I eat here a LOT. You won't find low quality ingredients, and you will probably be surprised by the size of a "Slice" it's almost 1/4 of a pie! All of their regular pizzas are fantastic! I'm a big fan of the Porchetta, which has thick sliced pork belly and and salsa Verde which make for an amazing slice. Other menu options of note are the Meatball sub, and their house salads (with in house made croutons), a great selection of canned craft beers, awesome house made brownies, and my favorite garlic cheese bread. All of which are sure to leave you super satisfied! Either order online if you're getting takeaway, or swing by for a delicious meal on their comfortable patio!”

“Not much to say about this restaurant other than it's authentic Japanese soba served in a somewhat cozy setting. They have outdoor heating for most of the outdoor seating, but not all unfortunately. Didn't get a good look inside but they do have tables all around. You order and pay upfront before sitting down. The staff are very attentive and will refill your water right away. My only problem with the food is.. it's expensive even for Bay Area standards. Each soba we ordered was $25 before tax and tip. I know soba is more rare than ramen, but this is kinda crazy.”

“So happy this restaurant has finally opened (soft opening)! We’ve been coming here 3 times in the last 2 weeks since we live right next to it. So far all the items we’ve tried have been delicious especially their dole whip (similar to Disneyland) and pork belly chips 😋. “Kind of similar to the cheeseboard, but when you walk in and see the little cabinet with the fruit tarts in it, something tells you that this is very special in its own way. The variety is incredible. Not just traditional French things as the name implies, but also very American at the same time with favorites of mine like scones, artisan bread, cookies and cakes. I can easily imagine that you could have a different item for a month, if not 5 to 6 weeks. Really cute outdoor seating as well if you enjoy this sunshine and people watching. This really is a lovely part of town if you have a free afternoon.”
