“The museum was ok, not super engaging for little ones. Some of the displays were entertaining but a lot of them needed explanations or were designed for adult-led play. What was shocking to us was all the staff was just standing around chatting. None of the employees explained the arts and crafts stations, they were all standing in a semi circle and chatting and did not acknowledge visitors. Another employee was sitting in a corner on her phone scrolling. Definitely won’t be coming back.”
