“Had a very positive experience with Jaben during my purchase of the Focal Bathys. The pre, during, and post sales experience was a delight. I received prompt response for my initial enquiry during the weekends (beyond their online operation) and headed to their store on 21 October 2023. They were very accommodating during my stay and patient in addressing my enquires as a layman. Upon purchase, I wrote my email for them to forward my invoice and didn't receive it immediately. I then contacted them on two different channels (was in a hurry to file for expenses) - only did I discover that I had initially provided them an incomplete email which they had no means of sending to me. They explained to me and quickly sent me my invoice on both channels. Very happy with my purchase so far which was made possible and worthwhile by Jaben and I highly recommend you to check out their store for your audio needs.”

“(Update: Went in again with another problem on my bike and even though they are really just a bike sales shop and don't generally do repairs, they spent some time trying to make some adjustments on my bike. Super kind!) ) Walked my bike in with a punctured tube on a Sunday and they said the mechanic was out and they normally wouldn't do a repair but one of the guys said he could it anyway. Really helped me a lot. And they were friendly in general. Good shop.”
