“I’ve been shopping here for years, and it’s always had a poor excuse for customer service. However, a good salesman kept me coming, made good deals, good advice. Since departure, the selection has dropped drastically, employees take much longer when filling out forms, give bad advice or won’t try to get you better information. Hidden fees, up charging people for credit cards. There are wonderful gun shops and FFLs in town. This unfortunately isn’t one of them anymore.”

“Life gets so busy that we forget to value the good as much as we should. As an Armenian I try to go to Armenian stores as much as I can, firstly because I really miss home and it helps me feel closer to my childhood and our motherland, secondly because I want to support Armenian businesses, especially at these difficult times that our people went through and are going through ethnic cleaning and a second genocide. I was treated horribly at another (different one, not this one) Armenian store yesterday and I felt devastated that my own people can treat me that way, but I remembered that majority of my people, just like the owners of Ron’s market have a heart of GOLD. Ron’s market is always clean, fresh and has everything you can imagine if you are into Eastern European or Middle Eastern food. Customer service here is top notch and the owners are the sweetest people ever. Thank you guys for being so wonderful. ❤️”

“This is actually the second time I've been to this store and it was even better than the first! The associates were fun, lively, and were more than willing to help answer questions or just have fun banter. It felt very organic jumping into and out of the conversation as people came in and left the store. Great flow and situational awareness to keep everyone taken care of. Nothing felt forced or overbearing as some stores seem to in Vegas. The attached Ri Ra is also a wonderful experience! Just a small note: I find it magnificent that the two t-shirts I bought smelled like Irish Whiskey the first time I wore them. Some of the best smelling shirts I've ever owned! But that may not play in your favor if you get pulled over while wearing one of their tees. One wash and they're fine, though. Sláinte!”
