“I usually go to this store but probably not again. I ordered a pair of runners from this store for my son as his Christmas present. He has extra wide feet so it wasn't easy for us to find the right ones for him and this store didn't stock anything suitable for him. Whilst I was checking their website I found the right size shoes for him. I asked the gentleman at the counter to order the shoes for us and he said it will take for a week to get his order at the the store. I was happy with that. Since no phone call after waiting for more than a week I rang them to find out if they received the shoes. Their answer was "Sorry the warehouse didn't have them in stock". And that was 3days before Christmas. Well done Jim Kidd Morley! Your prices are good but you failed to provide a basic customer service.”

Me - I liked the Tour Edge Exotics wedges, in terms of price, and the range of bounce choices. And - besides your driver and putter - your wedge around the green is the MOST important club. So, one has to man up and pay the price. Anyway, customer service was excellent at Drummond, and I really enjoyed the experience. So worth checking out.”

Cameron greeted us at the door and immediately jumped in to help us find everything we needed. We were there for a long time ime and he never failed to check in and ensure we had everything we needed. On top of that, he helped us adjust the fit of our bags, he provided advice and reassurance on fit and design of shoes, and was just generally knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and helpful. It was so wonderful to receive that level of service and help, and we found it very reassuring to have our research reinforced and expanded upon. I believe it was Nessie who processed our purchases at the till and, again, she was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to explain all the returns policies for if we have any issues. All the staff were wonderful and eager to lend a hand if we couldn't find a size or were unsure about anything. The customer service at Paddy Pallin absolutely made my day!”
