They advertise free shipping, but I realized only too late after clicking the purchase button that 2 day expedited shipping is the default, so I paid like $19 to get a $30 pair of fins shipped. Then, they deny that it was a default and told me that I made that selection which is just a flat out lie! I even showed them a screen shot of it. Unfortunately sizing was off as I am always a 40 but the 39/40 was too small. I requested that they pay for return shipping since I never received the free shipping advertised on their website (the only reason I stupidly didn't support a local dive shop and buy in person). I don't appreciate being lied to by multiple people there telling me I chose to pay for shipping when I obviously thought I was getting free shipping.”

“My favorite local surf shop to go to for retail therapy and to pick up gifts! They have a large selection of surfboards and gear, men/women/kid’s clothes as well as shoes, accessories, home goods, and gifts. I’ve always been met with friendly and helpful staff and, most importantly, the cutest clothes! The Indiatlantic/MelBeach area doesn’t have many options in women’s fashion but Longboard House keeps in stock a lot of current brands and styles. I know it stays pretty warm year-round around here but I can always find jackets and sweaters (in the “cold” seasons) here which I appreciate especially when I have to take a trip out of town and want a cute new outfit that will keep me warm. They do have a variety of other goods too which I find is fun to browse and I’ve picked up gifts for friends there. I’ve recently picked up a few baby clothes for girlfriends who just had their babies and they’ve raved both about the quality of the fabrics and the ultra adorable designs! 10/10 would recommend for both out-of-towners and locals to visit!
